Pros:

L'appartement est spacieux (toutes les pièces le sont), très bien équipé et confortable : grand lit, matelas confortable, grande salle de bain, cuisine bien équipée, agréable terrasse, bien situé, très bon rapport qualité /prix.

Cons:

L'appartement est mal insonorisé : il faut espérer des voisins calmes.
Il manque un petit kit d'accueil pour la cuisine : éponge, produit vaisselle, un peu de café, sel, huile pour n'avoir pas à faire ces achats lors d'un court séjour.

Good location, apartment was clean and spacious

Cons:

I've never seen kitchen without dishwasher soap and cloth or kitchen paper, shame that this cannot be improved since there are many comments about that. / be aware that you are obliged to clean the kichen before leaving/.Also I find it a pity that some basic applies cannot be implemented, e.g. sugar,salt,some oil. The apartment is very basic, feels cold and not cosy at all. Being on the ground floor gives you the "pleasure " of hearing the people above walking, flashing the toilet, taking shower...you can hear it all. In the morning the cleaning services come to clean too so ask perhaps for the 1st floor.Pretty poor Wi-Fi. Overall, the apartment looks much better on the picture than in the reality.

Orosei is worth a visit of one hour - a stop for coffee in the piazza to get a feeling of the town.
Pros:

Sardegna is great! However, if you wish to travel to Sardegna please consider if Orosei is really the place that you want to go to? There is nothing to see in Orosei. The Golfo of Orosei takes name from the town but the beach is 5 km from Orosei and it is not particularly nice. Nice beaches are further south near Calla Gonnone.

Cons:

If you still insist on coming to Orosei do not stay at Apartments with air conditioning in Orosei. OK, the appartments are clean and roomy but they are hopelessly overpriced. The ammenities are limited. There is a kitchen but without knifes. They expect you to clean it but there is no cleaning stuff. We had to ask for blanket on a cold night since none were provided.

Pros:

- clean
- spacious bathroom
- pool
- nice terrace

Cons:

- You need to clean the kitchen and sinks but there are no cleaning supplies such as sponges, soap ect. Only one kitchen towel.
- No parking space at the apartment (too many cars) . The neighbor showed us a parking spot at the end of the street.
