Great value and stunning views abound!!
Pros:

Property was pristine. Every day staff was cleaning and trimming etc.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were patio inspections being done while we were there. Glad to know that they are concerned with structural integrity but some construction noise. Not a big deal.

Incredible Penthouse

Truly a place for R&R
Pros:

Beautiful location with lots of amenities and a well stocked kitchen. The windows are wonderful with so much light throughout the day. We didn't hear any neighbours. The balcony is fantastic with stunning views. The owner was very responsive and helpful!

Cons:

Could use some sharper knives The patio window curtains didn't cover the entire window so it's not as dark as you might like for sleep.

Host needs to honor the posted checkout time.

Cons:

On my last morning, I packed up most of my things, then went for a last walk on the beach. My plan was to shower & change before heading to the airport. Checkout is listed as 11:00. At 10:20, I returned to find the cleaning staff already ripping up the whole place, moving my things out of their way. They were not pleased when I demanded to take a shower. In fact, they stayed in the room and continued cleaning as I showered and dressed. Unacceptable. This rushed & panicked exit, of course, cast a long shadow on my otherwise lovely stay.

The location is perfect. The pool is nice. The room works well for a small family, like ours. This is our second stay. We will return if dates are available.

Cons:

The bathroom had shaven hairs all over the sink from the last renter. There were less linens/blankets for the pull out sofa bed then there were last time but we made do.

Gorgeous beachfront location. Clean. Quiet.

The proximity to the beach was wonderful. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. So many shells on the beach! Nice pool.

Cons:

One of the two elevators were broken so the wait times were a bit long at times when the construction crews were loading up.

Beautiful beach front location
Pros:

Location right on beach very quiet pool was beautiful place was clean . Convenient beach trolley stop and Hawaiiin coffee shop across the street was excellent 👌 great view from our room on the 12th floor

Cons:

Only thing in room dishes were dirty in the cupboards utensils old and melted and the towels have seen better days
