Pros:

Perfect location for short stays. Stores, pharmacies,
shopping palace, 7-11, Lawson all in walking distance.
Booked a family room, very spacious and clean, nice view with natural sunlight.
Highly recommend.

Pros:

整體住宿體驗很好 地點很棒 經濟實惠 而且可以2點就入住真的很棒！

Cons:

辦理入住非常冗長，建議可以在旅客入住前幾天先提供線上填表，不然現場填寫住客資料，剛好加上孩子崩潰大哭實在很尷尬！

Pros:

The room is not big but designed for practicality. It clean and the bed is comfortable. The amenities are picked up from the lobby.

Cleaning must be improved
Pros:

The location of the Hotel is good, near the Monorail and within walking distance of various malls and restaurants. Also hotel staff is nice and helpful. The rooms have everything required and are spacious for japanese terms.

Cons:

We stayed 5 nights and had to change our room twice. The first room was opposite of the smoking room and smelled of old smoke. It was also noisy as other hotel guests used the smoking room the whole night.
Isolation of the room doors is very poor, especially in the morning when other guests are passing by and chatting. You can hear everything.
We requested to change the room the next day. Unfortunately the second room was not cleaned, there was urin on the toilet seat from the previous guest and there were excrements on the fittings of the washlet. It was the most disgusting experience ever.
We got a new room afterwards ä, however, also the new room was not too clean. There is definitely an issue with cleaning in this hotel (tables are sticky, floors not properly cleaned, etc.).
I would not sleep there anymore and also not recommend this hotel unless you don't care about cleanliness. To add: we regularely sleep in Daiwa Roynet Hotels all over Japan, this is the first time we had such a bad experience.
