Location

Cons:

All faucets leaky, bedding white turn grayish, same with towels. No papertowl in kitchen, no tissue paper. Photos are from one leaky bathroom.

Pros:

All my friend are happy to the stay. We are please that the place is clean, bed sheets and pillow's cases are change. Because we have bad experiences staying in a place where all those things were not done. Smelly beds and spider webs all over the place. Thank you for making our trip a pleasant one.😊👍

Pros:

The apartment, situated at covenient location is spacious with 4 ensuited rooms. It is well equipped with air on, kitchen with sufficient utensils, good shower and bedding.. Wifi connection is strong.

Cons:

The television is not connected and we cannot watch tvAccess to Netflix should be provided instead of using our own accounts. But we do have access to YouTube.via tv

Excellent apartment for families.
Pros:

Apartment was clean, each room has its own toilet and bathroom. Apartment is nearby to eateries and provision shops. Instruction to check-in was clear and hassle free. Parking is easily available. Apartment is definitely suitable to families.

Cons:

Apartment is on the top floor. But it gave a fantastic bird-eye view of Ipoh Town.

Overall a pleasant and spacious accomodation for a big group or family.
Pros:

It’s clean and spacious. Each room has ensuite toilet 👍

Cons:

No wall racks/shelves in all the rooms to place our belongings.
No hand washing liquids at the sinks.
No hooks or hanging rods in toilets to hang clothes and towels.

overall the stay was good and the response from staff was very fast.
Pros:

the very responsive and helpful management and the location.

Cons:

will be good to provide 2 pillows to each bed because some of us need 2pillow . Most places provide 2 pillows. will be good also to have another towel mat just outside bathing area so that we can dry our feet after bathing, although there is a mat just before entering the toilet cum bathroom.
