Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Amazing hotel with beautiful outside areas and staff were all lovely

Cons:

Weekend was very noisy with lots of families. Areas around pool were quite messy with people just leaving dirty towels and rubbish everywhere. Not the hotels fault more the ignorant people who didn't clear up after themselves

Pros:

The staff were friendly, professional and their level of service was exceptional. The room service food was also excellent quality.

Nice hotel, the pool area is lovely but not worth the cost.
Pros:

The staff and the lagoon pool.

Cons:

The cleanliness of our room. A lot of mold in our shower. It also felt like the floors had not been mopped or cleaned properly.

Always amazing and feels like hone, very well looked after.
