Amazing pool, amazing staff
Pros:

The staff, the amazing pool, the views from the room. The new room decor.

Cons:

It would be good if they did lighter, cheaper meals at the beach hut. Just a suggestion.

I liked the foyer area , the pool area was nice and our room was nice the views were amazing, we had a king suite , lounge , kitchenette, king bed ,
Bath with the most amazing views

Cons:

I wasn't impressed that after paying $2700 for 3 days of accommodation , I had to pay extra for parking
And I wasn't aware there was a security deposit of $100 per day of stay. I would have thought a five-star resort would have a shop, so guests could get anything they had forgotten or souvenirs and not have to leave the property. I didn't like the room on the 19th floor, because our booking was for 2 adults and 2 x 4 yrs old boys, wasn't very relaxing feeling having little kids on the 19th floor 😆
