Room for consideration
Pros:

Location is amazing for Bus pick up to Fuji Area.
Connected to shopping mall and plenty of convenience shop nearby like seiyu and seira.
Also walking distance to ikebukuro game area.

Cons:

Staff should inform us about the exit from the mall being close.
Also, during winter. The option of cold air in the room should be aloud. Can get very stuffy.

飯店位於太陽城sunshine city樓上逛街及用餐都非常便利,剛好遇上過六有cosplay的活動,有一大堆年輕裝扮成動漫人物在百貨裡活動非常有趣

Cons:

房務清潔可以再加強一些,他們似乎工作非常大,因為我們一直到快中午了都還沒有清潔房間

Pros:

The staff were very helpful extending our stay, putting our rooms close together and letting us have a later checkout. The location next to the shopping mall was great!
Rooms were spacious, with great views.

Its an older hotel so some of the carpets, and bathrooms are a bit dated
