Schönes Hotel, Parkplätze genügend gegenüber am Bahnhof, modern dennoch etwas nervend selbst Kleinigkeiten nur mit Karte

Schöne Lage.

Cons:

Dafür das es ein Deluxe Zimmer sein sollte war es doch sehr klein.

Nyere hotell like ved Ostbahnhof og East Side Gallery, kun 2 stopp med S-Bahn fra Alexanderplatz og buss direkte fra Rotes Rathaus. Bra standard, flott rom med eget navn, 3 vinduer og veldig fin utsikt. Gjestene bruker hotellets app for info og adm av booking og rom. Romslig, hyggelig frokostanretning med godt utvalg. Fornøyd med oppholdet.

Cons:

Man betaler for bagasjeoppbevaring i eget rom på bakkeplan. (Kun) her så vi en liten sølvkre (Lepisma saccharina) som løp over gulvet.

Καλημέρα σας. Πάρα πολύ ωραίο το ξενοδοχείο και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου άριστο και καλωσόρισμα πολύ θερμό μπράβο σας. Από το θέμα της καθαριότητας και της υγιεινής του δωματίου άριστο και πεντακάθαρο. Πάρα πολύ καλό το wifi. Σας εύχομαι καλή διαμονή Good morning. Very nice hotel and in a very good location. The hotel staff excellent and very warm welcome thank you. From the point of cleanliness and hygiene of the room excellent and spotlessly clean. The wifi is very good. I wish you a pleasant stay.

Modern hotel, friendly staff, close to Ostbahnhof so easy to explore the city
Pros:

Location is just across the street from Ostbahnhof next to The Wall. Very modern rooms, not a lot of space but quite a bit of nooks and crannies to pack everything away. The 4 bedroom was great for kids with the interesting bunk beds. Everything clean and great showers. Restaurant looked very good but we did not try. On 7th floor, with elevator. And it was quiet with window closed.

Cons:

Mini fridge would be nice but we did not expect that

Schön für eine Nacht zum Konzert :)
Pros:

- Lage zum Ostbahnhof und der Uber Arena
- eher ruhig durch Blick auf Spree
- gemütliches Zimmer mit großer Couch
- Viel Stauraum im Bad
- tolle Kissen

Cons:

- Fenster ließ sich nicht schließen, wurde dann von der Rezeption repariert. War aber entsprechend kalt (-4 Grad)
- Matratze extrem hart!
- Insgesamt etwas veraltet, aber okay für den Preis

Moderna viesnīca ar ļoti labu lokāciju. Pilnībā digitalizēta (online chek-in/chek-out, mobilā atslēga, bagāžas uzglabāšana), interesants dizains, laipns personāls. Personāls ģērbjas brīvi džinsi, hoody, botas (nav uzvalku un formas tērpu) - tas dod draudzīgbas un vienkāršības sajūtu. Noteikti iesaku.

Cons:

Digitalizējot pakalpojumu, aplikācijā vajadzētu vairāk informācijas, piemēram par brokastu laikiem, vietu. Brokastu laikā, kad visvairāk viesu, nepieciešams nodrošināt vairāk personāla, jo var palikt bez brokastīm - nepaspēj papildināt traukus ar ēdienu. Mums nestrādāja mobilā atslēga, bet cik sapratu, tās bija īslaicīgas sistēmas nepilnības.
