Good choice for Dudh sagar trip

The location is very close to the train station , staff were super friendly and changed our tv as it didn't work

Some small confusion over the free breakfast
We asked what time it was served till at about 8.30am and said anytime .
We went at 10.20 aps got packed and showered first
Finished at 10
Probably the language barrier so wasn't annoyed or anything but maybe put info in room for guests so understood

Take it !!!
Pros:

It was really comfortable, good mattrasses, very clean bathroom and toilet and really very near to the railway station app five minutes with the luggage

Breakfast was good. Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

There is no mini fridge in the room. There is no hot water in the shower or wash basin. Bedside phone wasn't working. The Wifi signal was weak. To connect to reception, we have to use our cell phone n call the number. Bedside lamps are not functioning in spite of informing the staff twice to replace bulbs. The dining area had mosquitoes n was only open for breakfast. There is no meeting place to host guests. There is no key card given as mentioned in facilities. The ac had water leaking in the room. Mind well we were upgraded to deluxe rooms from standard rooms as keys were defective, and ac weren't working.

Cons:

Hotel charged me 7000 per night so I was expecting at least 3 star facilities. It turned out to be a 2000 per night hotel. In the name of toilettories they provided only 2 pieces of 10 Rs soap. No shampoo, No brush, No comb, nothing. They didn't even provided mineral water bottles inside rooms. The room service guy filled the bottles with whatever water God knows. Absolutely no choices for breakfast. Pathetic wifi.

Pros:

Location is near to Madgaon railway station, Very Neat and staffs are humble.

Cons:

AC seems unable to maintain the cooling in a room and breakfast was just average with limited options.
