Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel with my wife & 2 kids, the accommodation was very comfortable, clean, modern & most importantly the staff was super good, helpful & was there for each & small ask we had, i want to specifically mention one person *Peng Zexiong* from hotel reception team, he has been such a nice person, he helped us with everything we need. I really want to thank him for making our stay memorable.

Pros:

Комната чистая и удобная, персонал приятный, но мало кто говорит по-английски (только два молодых человека на ресепшене). Местоположение, с одной стороны, удобное - до метро минут 10 пешком, до зоопарка столько же, рядом есть круглосуточный магазин и много кафе. С другой стороны, до основных достопримечательностей довольно далеко, минут 40-60 минимум.

Cons:

Завтраки не на европейский вкус и практически не меняются. Стиральные машины очень плохо стирают. В автоматах с напитками и снеками так и не смогла ничего купить за 8 дней - какие-то проблемы с Alipay и WeChat.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in dem Hotel.
Uns hat die Größe des Zimmers gefallen. Leider war unser Zimmer schon älter, der Boden und das Bad sollten mal renoviert werden. Das Frühstück war für uns Europäer leider nicht gut. Es hab leider nur einheimisches. Es wäre schön zum Frühstück mehr Brot, Wurst, Käse zu bekommen.
Unsere Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt.
Der Mini Kühlschrank war leider nicht kalt genug.
Das Zimmer wurde mal Oberfläche mal gründlich gereinigt was vollkommen in Ordnung war.
Die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Metrostation Shanghai Zoo war ca. 10 Min. vom Hotel weg, von der wir überall hin gekommen sind. In der Nähe gab es klasse Restaurants, Massagen und Lebensmittelläden.
