Un lugar unico, acogedor y pacifico, en todos los sentidos. La atencion y amabilidad de todo el staff, le da la maxima calificacion. Sus instalaciones, habitaciones, alimentos y areas verdes hacen exepcional cada momento.
La alberca climatizada y las amplias habitaciones
Solo que olvidaron enviarme otras 2 toallas porque eramos 4 y tuvimos que marcar de nuevo.

Les lits des chambres avec 2 lits doubles sont un peu étroits, dommage car il y a largement de la place dans les chambres pour mettre des lits queen size comme dans la majorité des hôtels où nous avons séjourné au Mexique.
Camas cómodas y cuartos limpios. El hotel es muy bonito
El buffet de desayuno no cumple con la relación precio-calidad. Es demasiado caro y no lo vale. Les recomiendo saltárselo.
El servicio en la alberca siempre muy amables y buena actitud, igual en el restaurante muy amables y serviciales. Los precios no me parecieron exagerados y me sorprendió lo grande del hotel y lo que ofrece.
Únicamente tuvimos un tema a nuestra salida, ya que estaba lejos el cuarto y por traer bebé teníamos muchas maletas y cosas que mover, pedí servicio de botones el cual nunca llegó y al comentarlo en recepción su respuesta fue "están muy ocupados mis compañeros".
El hotel es muy bonito, la variedad de plantas es excelente, todo limpio, las albercas muy bien, en general la atención del personal bien.
No me gustaron 3 cosas y creo que si deben poner atención:
1. Las sábanas que utilizan son muy corrientes, hacen mucho ruido y entonces cada que uno se mueve lo escuchas.
2. Las camareras súper bien pero dan por hecho que hay jabon y crema en el baño, un día tuve que hablar a las 10 pm para que me pusieran shampoo y jabón; la crema igual, ni la pude utilizar.
3. El más grave fue en la alberca, las bebidas muy ricas, pero, pedimos una orden de dedos de queso y resulta que en ambas ocasiones traían menos de lo que indicaba la carta, se lo dije a la mesera y no hizo nada; en teoría la orden de dedos de queso incluye 10 y en ambas ocasiones me pusieron 9

They day its pet friendly its is not! They wanted me to lock my dog in the room the whole stay, saying yhe dog could not touch the floor or be in public areas, i paid extra to have the dog there, the rooma for dog where very low standard for this particular hotel, and even though i made an agreement with manager i was hounded constanly for having the dog with me

Beautiful Hotel, Love the gardens and their pools and great location. Staff very friendly Great A/C Very nice Breakfast.
Many of the Hotel rooms do not have plugs near by to the bed so you either need to ask them for extension cords and have a thread of cords all over the room or have to connect your devices far away from the bed.
The ambiance, the sounds of the birds, and the greenery . The staff was excellent and so was the food
