El lugar es precioso. Definitivamente es una de los más grandes tesoros que tiene Cuernavaca.

La comida es deliciosa, la atención por parte del personal es muy buena y los jardines son hermosos.

Sus jardines son muy bonitos y bien cuidados, las habitaciones muy cómodas y espaciosas. La alberca temperada muy agradable.
El personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar.
Por supuesto se trata de un hotel algo caro, pero vale la pena conocerlo.

Cons:

Creo que en algunos momentos podría cesar la música que se escucha casi constantemente y dar la oportunidad de escuchar la música de la naturaleza tan bien representada en este hotel.
