Just what I needed
Pros:

Fantastic location. Pool, lagoon view, gym. Feels like home. I totally loved it. Attentive staff. Good food.

Cons:

Towels are worn out. Pillows are crap. Bathrooms are not well cleaned

Z powodu nie działającego basenu było dla mnie trochę nudno, bo nastawiłam się na wypoczynek na powietrzu.
Pros:

Cons:

Basen, który nie działał.
Śniadania mało urozmaicone brak owoców.

It's not like in description. They told they will bring back caution fee when they check the room but passed almost 7 days and they didn't.

We had an excellent stay, it was a great overall experience for the money and will definitely come back again and again!
Pros:

I like the space — the expanse and variety of it. The room was big enough and the common spaces were huge. I like that I could sit out at the balcony or the courtyard downstairs. I like there was greenery and the lagoon view.

It was the kind of refreshing atmosphere I needed to unwind. Godwin and the rest of the staff were also attentive and very helpful.

Cons:

I didn’t like the meal portions — they were too small. The meals also had a peculiar monotonous taste to it that didn’t go well with our tastebuds. But they were tastefully made and quickly prepared too!

Another downside was the plumbing issue in our bathroom which made water leak out after a bath. But the staff were attentive to the issue.

Nothing. They failed to reserve my accommodation

Cons:

I was already on my way to the hotel only to realize it wasn’t reserved. They said the person staying at the facility extended his stay…..smh. I had to quickly book another hotel

I did not stay as the property cancelled at short notice
Pros:

The booking was cancelled at the last minute on the day I arrived. I was not contacted until it was time to check-in. Will never return there

Ambiente tranquillo e molto confortevole, in una zona di Lagos decisamente sicura. La stanza è ampia e pulita, con ottimo servizio di a/c e wifi. Il personale si è dimostrato disponibile, anche se un minimo di attenzione in più avrebbe evitato qualche piccola caduta di stile

Cons:

Ero già stata in questa struttura. Ho notato un peggioramento nel servizio che invece in precedenza era stato molto puntuale: abbiamo avuto difficoltà a prepararci un semplice caffè in autonomia servendoci del bollitore che dovrebbe essere a disposizione e mancavano i prodotti del bagno. Spero si sia trattato di uno sfortunato episodio

Pros:

The facility was good. The sea view was an added value. The ambience is really good.
The staff, Godwin, was very helpful and prompt in responding to enquiries.

Cons:

The food prices are way too outrageous.
Even if I happen to return to this facility, I will never order meals there.
The caution fee was also very new and unexpected.
The reconciliation account of how much i paid for meals and how much i was refunded is something i still do not understand till date.
