Das Hotel ist direkt an der Straße. Es ist sehr laut, weil alle dort vorbeilaufen Motorräder Fußgänger.Der Balkon schaut direkt auf die Straße. Man kann die Leute beobachten die Zimmer sind absolut hellhörig. Auch wenn man sich ganz normal unterhaltet, kann man alles hören. Ich konnte vom Nachbarzimmer alle unter Unterhaltungen hören genauso das Handy. Warmwasser hat nicht funktioniert, obwohl ein Heizer drin war. Klima hat funktioniert der angebliche Roller Verleih für die Gäste in die Stadt hat nicht gestimmt. Es war kein Roller da, geschweige denn umsonst.Mir hat man angeboten eins auszuleihen gegen Gebühr. Laundry ist im Haus, als ich da war und eingecheckt habe, habe ich gefragt, ob ich noch drei Tage länger buchen kann. Mir hat man zugesagt und am zweiten Tag hat man gesagt, ich muss raus, weil der Besitzer irgendwie über eine andere Plattform weiter vermietet hat. Ich hatte nach keinem anderen Hotel geschaut deswegen sind meine Pläne komplett durcheinander gekommen Und musste eine Tour absagen um ein anderes Hotel zu suchen. Nicht ganz vertrauenswürdig

Am zweiten Tag bin ich aus dem Hotel und habe meine Türe abgeschlossen. Ich bin mir sicher, ich habe es nämlich kontrolliert und als ich dann abends zurückkam, stand meine Türe offen. Zum Glück habe ich meinen Rucksack und meine Tasche und meine Wertsachen dabei gehabt. Ich habe Sie darauf angesprochen und die haben gemeint, ich hätte die Türe nicht richtig abgeschlossen da wär sie bestimmt aufgegangen, fand ich lächerlich. Also passt auf eure Wertsachen auf und nimmt sie immer mit. Lass sie nicht im Hotel.

The hotel was nice, and comfortable. Room had AC and hot water. It is not in the center of el Nido, which was something good for us.

Bisogna sapere che c’è Hight Tie( alta marea) e per rientrare in hotel si deve passare per la spiaggia e bagnarsi i piedi perché i tuc tuc non possono guidare fino lì

Ashley et Miguel sont des hôtes en or, très gentils et serviables. Ashley nous a beaucoup aidé pour l'arrivée et réservation de l'expédition El Nido - Coro. Et aussi pour les tuk tuk. Chouette pension un peu isolée du centre - vile. Vous devez passer par la plage pour y accéder ( 12 mn à pied de Town Square) et parfois les tuk tuk ne passent pas en cas de marée haute. Jolie chambres. Café, eau, thé. Laundry à 80 pho/ kg

Cons:

Un peu bruyant: on entend les voisins de chambre et les tuk tuk dans l'allée mais avec boule quies ça va.

Beautiful, clean, spacious, well-located and safe homestay.
Pros:

Property is located in the beautiful and very local town of Caalan, just throwing stone distance from El Nido. It is very clean, spacious and comfortable. You have everything you need in the neighborhood yet you can enjoy more local experience with people that live around, still being able to walk to El Nido to have some party, drinks or more sophisticated and foreign-focused experience if you like it.
I enjoyed Caalan much more than El Nido, made some beautiful friends here and eaten delicious local cuisine. Place also offers motorbike rentals and laundry being done. Rooms are clean, water is hot, you can enjoy beautiful terrace and surroundings is extremely safe. It is easy to get there, you only go straight from the main road next to the beach from El Nido. Can’t miss it. Hosts are beautiful couple that are always responsive to your needs and naturally friendly.

Cons:

Unresponsive hosts, never anyone at the property. We were early to check in and wanted to leave our luggage but were just ignored when texting the owner, sat in reception for nearly an hour until the cleaner arrived. Incredibly loud, even with earplugs, very loud AC also. Laundry came back to us hours after we were told it would, we tried to get hold of the owner and were yet again ignored, eventually it was just left outside the door for anyone to access.
