Наступного візиту розглядатиму в першу чергу наявність місць саме в Гермесі.
Pros:

Затишно. Хто не любить гамірних готелей з шумними сусідами - це місце саме для вас. Персонал любязний, залишається приємне враження після виїзду. Харчування трьохразове, комплексне, це не завжди зручно, якщо ви там просто для проживання. Якщо ж потрібні певні медпослуги, фізична реабілітація, нафтуся, то в комплексі воно саме те, що потрібно.

Cons:

Нічого такого негативного і не запам'яталося. Ага, хто звик до телебачення на 300 каналів, доведеться змиритися з Єдиними Новинами. Але то таке, багатьом не критично.

Якщо в Трускавець, то обовʼязково в «Гермес»
Pros:

Готель знаходиться на віддалі 10 хвилин пішої прогулянки до центру міста, що дуже зручно, адже тут тихо і близько до гірських прогулянкових маршрутів. В центрі міста ми були лише двічі. В готелі досить тихо, шумоізоляція відмінна. Ліжка дуже зручні, в номері є все необхідне: шафки, вішалки, лопатка для взуття, щітка для одягу, на балконі є мотузка для сушіння купальників і прищепки, чайник, холодильник, кондиціонер, телевізор, халати, капці (за додаткову плату), фен, рідке мило, гель для душу. Для кожного є по два рушники, які регулярно замінюють, та рушник для ніг. Всі фото на сайті відповідають дійсності. Вид з номеру прекрасний, номер «комфорт» просторий. В готелі дуже чисто. В ресторані смачні сніданки, які входять у вартість. Обід чи вечерю можна замовити на місці. Комплексний обід (чи вечеря) коштує 350 грн. на особу . Можна замовити страви по меню. Їжа смачна, подача страв дуже естетична, порції великі. В готелі є СПА центр. Ми користувалися хвойними та валеріановими ваннами, підводним масажем, лазерними та магнітними процедурами, обгортаннями з полтавської глини (бішофіт), пресотерапією, пили воду «Нафтуся» та заспокійливі чаї. Можна замовити масаж і ще багато медичних та косметичних процедур. Поруч з готелем є санаторії з басейнами, куди можна ходити за додаткову плату. Пані на рецепції неймовірно привітні (Юлія та Світлана) і завжди все розказували, підказували та організовували для нас додаткові екскурсії та медичні консультації. Ми в Трускавці вперше і дуже задоволені вибором готелю. Рекомендуємо для відвідування.

Cons:

Якщо всі відвідувачі приїдуть на машинах, то двір перетвориться на парковку. Але нам пощастило, незручностей щодо паркування не відчули.

Дякуємо за чудовий відпочинок в готелі Hermes у Трускавці
Pros:

Прекрасний готель з чудовим персоналом, який піклується про кожного гостя! Неймовірно приємна атмосфера проживання в гарній локації і з чудовим видом! Щодня нові страви на кухні і прибирання номеру теж щоденне. Сам номер охайний і приємний. На території є гарна зона відпочинку з шезлонгами, також є оздоровчі процедури і масажі. Ми приїжджали пізньою годиною - персонал дуже тепло нас зустрів, попіклувались про вечерю, десь за 20 хвилин до приїзду перетелефонували, щоб накрити гаряченьке. Це був неймовірно приємний прояв відношення до гостей. Адміністрація готелю завжди привітна, допомогли підібрати нам цікаві екскурсії і мальовничі місця для прогулянок. Будемо радити цей готель своїм знайомим і самі повертатись на відпочинок саме сюди)))

Непогане розташування, чистий просторий номер.

Cons:

Вхід в готель знаходиться у глибині провулка і два дні поспіль там хазяйнував агресивний сусідський пес. Після мого зауваження, що це не нормально, схоже з господарями поговорили і собаку закрили на подвір'ї. Але загалом така ситуація не ОК.
Платячи за сніданок 350 грн очікуєш чогось кращого, аніж дві дешеві сосиски, полити чимось жирним.
Сам номер величезний, але немає ЖОДНОЇ розетки біля ліжка.
Ну потішили платні одноразові готельні тапки. 70 грн не шкода, просто кумедне дрібне жлобство.

I had amazing time here!
Pros:

Everything! Really cozy, clean and calm place with a view. It’s like visiting your friends) not just a hotel. Staff is very sweet and attentive. Breakfast is tasty. Also I tried several treatments and I was happy with it.
