Vittoria Suites at Northpoint Pines Estate

I don't like any of it!!!! I had the worse experience. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. They allowed someone else to occupy the unit despite the fact that we did not cancel our reservation. I even informed them that we intended to proceed with our stay. However, when we arrived, the unit had already been taken by someone else. It was embarrassing to have to share this bad news with my family. It feels unfair that we had the place booked and confirmed, yet it was given to other guests instead of us.

About our room its not clean ,dim lyt only smells bad and dusty

everything. the host was unresponsive. we tried to complain about the water licking near the sink. as it was flooding inside that it already reach the door of one of the bedroom. I tried to contact the host asking for an extra rag or mop but there’s no response at all. she seen my messages but ignored it. the beds are full of bed bug. that my sisters body is full of bites. we tried to book for family but one of the unit was located on a different building. what’s the point of booking it as a family if we can’t stay in the same place. completely not worth it.!!! they need to clean their beds it was disgusting.

Trash bin wasn't emptied, smelly garbage.
No rugs.
Slow wifi connection.

The property host did not provide room nr. I paid but no property was given. The contact nr 09214707777 is not responding. I haven't get any refund despite numerous complaint

only the free parking very difficult to access, there's availability but you need to pay additional.

The owner of the unit doesn’t talk to me . Super tagal naming nag antay for check in from 5pm to 8pm.

The property has damage cooking stove and the property owner is not answering our calls.

The experience was extremely frustrating and draining for us.

We arrived at Northpoint at 3 PM, and the security personnel asked for our room and building number, which we had not been provided with. I had assumed that the check-in details would be available at the entrance, especially since we had submitted our guest list days in advance. I tried calling the contact number on Booking.com multiple times before finally getting through to the owner.

She informed me that the booking had been canceled because the pool-view 3-bedroom unit we reserved had been pulled from availability. She claimed that her staff should have contacted us, but I was confused, no one had reached out to me, and the booking still showed as confirmed on Booking.com. The owner said she had no other units available and suggested we find alternative accommodations, all of this at 3 PM in the middle of a scorching hot afternoon.

This situation was becoming increasingly frustrating, so I insisted she find us a room since we had already paid for the reservation weeks in advance. She suggested we would simply be tagged as a "no-show" and refunded. I was shocked and told her that we had no other options, and no accommodation was available elsewhere. Despite my attempts to remain calm and civil, her responses only added to my frustration. She finally said she would try to contact other hosts for availability.

It took over 10 minutes before she called back and said she had found a room for us, but at a rate of 4,000 per night. She mentioned that she is the sole host that is offerring a lower rate and the replacement room is expensive and she already paid for 2 nights for us, this made it seem as though the higher cost was our fault. At this point, I told her very clearly that none of this was our fault, and she needed to make sure we were accommodated immediately.

After 45 minutes, she called again to confirm that she had secured a room for us.

We only have problem with parking.
