Please note that guests booking 5-9 rooms and guests booking 28 nights or more will be charged a 10% deposit at the time of booking.

Guests booking 10 rooms or more will be charged a 20% deposit at the time of booking. This payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Great location, road noise is a bit much though
Pros:

10 min walk to beach and OTOP, and about 15 mins to Bangla and central mall.

Cons:

It is on a busy main road so you will hear constant road noise from about 7am to 3am with a small window of peace from idiots reviving their bike engines and tuktuks with loud music and exhausts.

Lovely place to stay for someone who is looking go see patong beach and have a nice calm hotel to go back to at the end

Will not stay there again.
Pros:

The location is good to some degree.

Cons:

The cleanness is to be improved.
The shower water couldn’t be adjusted it’s either hot or cold.
The sink is clogged , water is not draining.
The balcony doesn’t have chars with table unlike the pics on booking.
The staff was generally ok but the lack of English is challenging to communicate.
