Pros:

My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience at this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and constantly made sure we had everything we needed, always checking in on how we were doing.

​The hotel knew we were celebrating a birthday, so when we arrived and entered the room, we were surprised to find it beautifully decorated, it was such a lovely and thoughtful touch that made our trip extra special.

​We also want to give a warm thank you to Andriana and Magda at the front desk, who were super nice, helpful, and welcoming throughout our whole stay.

​We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back!

The check-in process very organized and helpful. I also wanna praise Magdalena from reception who spoke several languages, very kind , and gave me so many helpful recommendations and directions for exploring the city as I’m new here. Her kindness and helpfulness really made my experience even better. I loved everything. Thankyou❤️

Pros:

Apartment was spacios, cozy and quite and felt llike our home for couple of days.
Location was great - quite small street but everything we needed was just around the corner.
The staff was very warm, helpful and caring.

A place to stay in and definitely go again!
Pros:

The place is beautiful! The design is modern and very sophisticated.
Oz was amazing, he was so kind and friendly and all the staff were kind and great.
The room is actually an apartment! And a beautiful one! All clean and smells great.
In the room they give you water and completely uzo and biscuits.
I definitely recommend this hotel! You will definitely love it!
One last thing, the pool on the roof is amazing! Water are just great.

החדר עצמו יפה ונעים, הכל חדש, מאובזר ומעוצב.

Cons:

לצערנו, היתה לנו חוויה שלילית מאוד במלון. מנהלת המלון מאוד לא מקצועית ולא שירותית.
נחתנו מאוחר יחסית, ביקשנו שתמתין לנו מונית בשדה מטעם המלון. אבל לא המתין לנו נהג עם שלט, חיפשנו 20 דקות עד שהוא הופיע.
אחכ, מגיעים למלון, והכניסה לחדר עם קוד. אני מכניס את הקוד והדלת לא נפתחת.
שימו לב - זה מלון שגובה כסף כמו מלון 5 כוכבים, אבל אין קבלה בערב ובבוקר!!!! השעות שבהם הקבלה מאוישת מוגבלות מאוד.
מנסה להבין איך נכנסים לחדר. השעה כבר 11 בלילה והחדר לא נפתח. מדברים עם מנהלת המלון והיא אומרת לנו, ואני מצטט - תקחו מפתח מהמגירה, לכו לחדר איכסון, תמצאו שם קופסא עם מפתחות, תחפשו את המפתח לחדר. לא מצאנו. היא אמרה שהיא באה ונאלצנו להמתין עוד 20 דקות בלובי. בסוף היא הגיעה וגילתה שבאמת הקוד לא עובד, וקיבלנו מפתח. סה״כ חיכינו מעל חצי שעה בלי יכולת להכנס לחדר.
לא קיבלנו התנצלות, לא קיבלנו פיצוי.
לכן, המלצתנו היא לא להגיע למלון הזה. בסכומים שהם גובים, צריך לקבל יחס אחר לגמרי.

סגרנו חדר שבאתר מצויין שיש נוף לעיר, בפועל אין נוף בכלל. השמשייה הייתה שבורה כשהגענו , בקושי החליפו לנו מגבות וניקו לנו את החדר, רק אחרי הרבה דיבורים איתם. מזל שהיו שם צוות ישראלי שהבין אותנו ועזר כמה שיכל. מסביב למלון הכל אתר בנייה כל הימים היו קדיחות 24/7. ציפינו ליותר
