Only opt-in if cost is low and you are ok with sub-standard stay
Pros:

its quite at the location, and it walkable
people whole clean the place were fine and helpful
room was placed with some workable furniture and asthetics

Cons:

- owner's behaviour
- the way our booking was handled.
- owner runs multiple such homestays and has been maintaining it the worst way
- entier place smells like paint, place has no sunlight and didnt even come with a place to dry clothes
- place gets locked out randomly and then very difficult to get in.
- location is atleast 300m in-ward to whats shown on map

Pros:

Nice family. Tushar is a cool guy, very helpful and knowledgeable, he can help you with ideas and tips. He even showed me a place nearby for a head massage. The instructions were excellent, it was very very easy to arrive and check-in, which was very important as we were arriving at such an awkward time.

Pros:

The homestay was conveniently located and is easily found. The Large Room makes movement within the room very comfortable.The environment and the atmosphere helped me to relax. Loved everything about this homestay. Clean rooms, helpful staff, and a cozy vibe made it a memorable stay. Owner is also very supportive and guide me alot about so many things. Thank You!🙂

Cons:

There is no lift. Self-service. But if you can asked Auto driver they will charge 50 or 100 Rs (INR) to help you for the same.

Pros:

Tushar is a wonderful host who went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. The property is aesthetic af, it immediately make you feel calm and the location is superb as every big thing is nearby. My friends and I really had a great time staying in his property and we'll be def booking it every time we travel to Delhi!

Great location and cute rooms with private terrace and green views!
Pros:

Beautifully decorated with personal touch. Comfortable bed. Amazing green views from the balcony! Cute little roof top terrace with access to a well equipped little kitchen with water filter for drinking water.

Cons:

After the rain the mosquitoes in the room went wild and kept finding ways in. One of the rooms is missing a mosquitoe net in the door which would hopefully help with this.
