Expérience mitigée.
L’hôtel est bien situé, à proximité d’une station de métro, ce qui est un vrai point positif.
En revanche, le petit-déjeuner, proposé en supplément, était plutôt décevant comparé à celui d’autres hôtels de catégorie similaire.
Le point le plus décevant concerne toutefois la gestion de notre prolongation de séjour. Nous avions réservé une première nuit avec la possibilité d’en ajouter une seconde. Le premier matin, nous avons confirmé à la réception notre souhait de rester une nuit supplémentaire. Lorsque nous sommes revenus en début d’après-midi pour régler cette deuxième nuit, le tarif avait augmenté d’environ 20 %.
À la réception, on nous a expliqué que les prix variaient en fonction du taux d’occupation et qu’il s’agissait de tarifs dynamiques. On nous a même conseillé de chercher sur Internet si nous voulions retrouver le tarif initial. On nous a également précisé que si nous quittions la chambre, nous devrions payer une demi-journée supplémentaire puisque le check-out était normalement fixé à 12h00.
Nous avons donc dû effectuer nous-mêmes une nouvelle réservation en ligne et avons finalement retrouvé le même prix sur un autre site. Ce n’est franchement pas une manière très élégante de traiter des clients déjà sur place et souhaitant simplement prolonger leur séjour.
C’est regrettable, car ce genre de pratique donne une très mauvaise image de l’hôtel, et plus largement du groupe Ibis / Accor. Nous y réfléchirons à deux fois avant de réserver à nouveau dans un établissement de cette enseigne.
The elevators were very hot and slow
Really impressed by this hotel. Great value for money. Great location. Has everything you need. Staff were excellent and let me check in early free of charge.Room was great. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was powerful and hot. Air conditioning was great.
They sent me lots of annoying messages about checking in online.
I always stayed at this hotel when I need to be close to BKK airport. I appreciate the services overall, but few things need improvement, like having smart TV in the rooms and a better breakfast.
No smart TV in the room and breakfast is cheap.
Beautiful hotel clean friendly and comfortable
Personally a bit far out as I only used car taxi if you use moterbike or train the location is perfect, especially for train but in car with traffic it is a bit far over an hour for the places we wanted to visit
