Cons:

The location is quite inconvenient. The road leading to the hotel is often heavily congested, and there is frequent noise from passing vehicles and ambulances throughout the night, which can be disruptive to guests.

There is a very limited selection of breakfast options. I had already paid for breakfast for the entire duration of my stay, but I only had breakfast at the hotel once, as the available options were not suitable for me. The breakfast mainly consisted of Chinese and Thai cuisine, with very limited alternatives.
