Extrêmement ravie de ce week-end à Budapest.
Pros:

Nous avons été parfaitement accueilli par Othmane qui parlait très bien français. Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages avant de récupérer notre chambre qui était en préparation. À notre arrivée au check-in nous avons été agréablement surpris de voir que nous étions les « Guest of the day » en ayant été upgradé de chambre gratuitement avec la suite Gouverneur et nous remercions encore l’hôtel pour cela. Ça nous a permis de passer un séjour incroyable à Budapest avec une qualité de service parfaite. Nous avons eu une boîte de chocolats offerte à notre arrivée dans la suite avec un petit mot d’accueil et c’est une attention qui souligne la qualité de service. Nous recommanderons sans hésiter cet hôtel !!
