Building is very dated
I book a last minute deal which is a very good price with breakfast and supposed to be with 3 queen bed for a 1 bedroom suite, however upon check in the hotel said there i glitch on booking.com side and cannot get the room that i book, instead they gave us a small room with queen bed and 2 queen size bunk bed. we took it as we are tired to look for another hotel, free breakfast also not able to avail, as they said room price is low already, and again booking.com has a glitch as per them.

The building is fairly new and the room is spacious.
I booked a room with breakfast included. However, when we were claiming the breakfast in the morning, the staff said that we only booked a room with no breakfast. I showed my booking to the staff and she said that I had to lodge a complaint with booking.com for this.
The wifi was initially not working in the room. We called the receptionist and she said she would come up to check. However, after waiting and calling the reception without anyone answering, my husband had to go down 3 flights of stairs (no elevator) to call their attention.
The location is not really along the wharf as advertised.
Its clean and good value for money.location is good staff are very friendly and helpful.
1. Lack of staff. At one point we waited for d staff to bring us menu for fopd if only we realize she was doing check out of group bopkings, checking rooms on her own and even take our food orders on her own! I feel sprry for the lady and feels like this is abuse especially if they dont get paid for doing all the job as receptionist, housekeeping and waitressing!
2. No kitchen plugs for the other appliances i.e micro kettle we have to lift the micro somewhere near the plug out of the kitchen cointer top.
3. Towels are over use they are yellow already and needs replacement
It’s only good if you are visiting Hundreds Islands and no choice to stay somewhere else. Staff is good.
First day They woke up us 07.00 am in the morning and told us “your breakfast is ready” but we didn’t told them to wake us up? And the next day when we woke up i’ve asked for breakfast and they told us “what breakfast”. Dirty towels. No hand/face towel. Noisy air conditioner. No sound-proof windows. All street noises are in the room. A lots of constructions near, no way to sleep.

One person in our group has a disability (walking). Fortunately, they moved us to their sister property, Oceanview Homestay, located closer to the beach. But, one room had bad odors coming from the bathroom plumbing. So, they moved us upstairs to a room with a broken shower …
We understood that this hotel was not going to be luxurious, but in general we were comfortable. We did not avail ourselves of the breakfast.
Room was very spartan, almost like a hostel. Hotel did not have an elevator. Plumbing fixtures were in need of repair. Hand-held shower did not have a wall mount to hold it. Rooms had residential key locks.

The staff was very cooperative.
They charged us extra for early check-in, though I said we do have an early checkout. I was early by 2 hrs, and they charged me for the 2 hrs. There was no baggage drop option either.
The toilets smelled bad and looked old.
The restaurant technically was there but as good as non-existent, as they didn't have many options.
Staff were amazing, very helpful and polite. Location is convenient, near the wharf and restaurants.
There is no lift / elevators, which is inconvenient for the elderly who are part of our group.
