Horrible horrible very bad horrible associated with spring Hill and they both have awful customer service as well as they like to steal your money in your deposits horrible customer service horrible both ways

Great weekend visit

Great place to stay , close to Ford factory tour, museum of innovation and Greenfield.
Pros:

The front desk checked our luggage early before our room was ready so we didn't have it in the car while touring downtown Detroit. She also was able to arrange an adjoining room to my daughter's and her family that were also staying there. The grandchildren were excited to see us and had so much fun running between our room and theirs.

Cons:

I was surprised during the busy breakfast hours not one table was wiped down between others using the tables. At minimum there should be some disposable cleaning wipes set up for people to grab. I saw one person just wet a napkin with water and wipe it down. My daughter sat down in a chair that felt oily and had to switch her chair out.
