Pros:

Very friendly personal and modern rooms. Outdoor thermal pool and the indoor pool were highlights for us after a long trip.

La posizione e la buona colazione

Cons:

Era terribilmente sporco e nonostante abbiamo chiesto di pulire meglio la camera è sempre rimasta sporca. La spa era sporca, sovraffollata con bambini che urlavano e si tuffavano e adulti assolutamente non abituati al centro benessere. Ci hanno obbligato a comprare la cuffia, ma nessuno lo usava. Toglierei almeno 2 stelle a essere veramente gentili.
Le uniche cose positive erano la posizione vicina ai luoghi di interesse, la colazione e la cena buona e varia. Personale gentile.

The hotel was quite full. The restaurant could have been cleaner. We didn't have breakfast because there were no free seats.

Cons:

old towels, not properly fitted bedsheet, shampoo and shower gel bottles were not filled!!!!! the staff were not helpful! we had to call the room service four times until they sent the refill to the room! food provided at breakfast and dinner look unappetising!

Fantastique, entrer dans le rythme, la Turquie vous entraîne.
Pros:

De l’accueil jusqu’aux chambres, la propreté irréprochable. Le personnel était très à l’écoute. La cuisine était très très propre. Le complexe c’est très propre. Si vous souhaitez voyager à Pamme caler c’est l’hôtel idéal pour vous reposer avec votre famille dès l’entrée malgré que l’accès aux chambres était à 14h, nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel le matin à 10h, à la réception Buse hanım et son responsable, ont eu la gentillesse de nous donner l’accès à la chambre .
Tout s’est super bien passé et lors du Checkout, nous avions raté le déjeuner et le directeur de l’hôtel Monsieur Taner dont je remercie vraiment infiniment pour sa personnalité et son professionnalisme, qui a ordonné à son équipe de nous préparer un petit déjeuner malgré leur dépassé, sans aucune rente supplémentaire.
En gros, inexplicable, inoubliable, ces moments-là, je donne une note 10/10 et un grand bravo. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe.

Me encantaron las instalaciones y el servicio. La comida muy buena también. Yo ya había estado en Pamukkale hace algunos años y los otros hoteles no se comparan con este!! muy hermoso el hotel, buen servicio, buena comida y a un precio muy accesible! sin duda regresaría :). Si están buscando hotel en Pamukkale no duden en quedarse en este!!

The thermal pools are spacious and very clean, making them perfect for relaxation. The hotel is also a great choice for families. Pamukkale and the Hierapolis attractions are conveniently close, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We loved the hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with gifts and exceptional service. The facilities are simply spectacular, and the room was very comfortable and clean. I felt special at all times thanks to the incredible attention from the entire staff.

Breakfast and dinner were truly delicious, with exquisite and varied dishes. I didn't try anything I didn't like! In the evening, the live show was the perfect way to end the day.

But what I enjoyed most was the experience of bathing in their thermal pool, exclusive to hotel guests.

I will definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation. It's a place where they make you feel like royalty!

Alles war perfekt, was mir sehr gut gefallen hat, dass ganzen Tag beim Lobby schwarzer Tee gratis zur Verfügung war. Die Putzdamen sehr freundlich und nett. Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Zimmern sehr sauber sehr modern eingerichtet. Ich war sehr sehr zufrieden. Sehr zu empfehlen.
