C’est vraiment un hôtel 5 étoiles ? 1 étoile max !

Pas grand chose de bien…

Cons:

Emplacement loin de tout.
Accueil très impersonnel.
La chambre est grande… ok … mais ça s’arrête là.
Pas de couette sur le lit ! Juste un drap. La couette est roulée en boule dans le placard et pleine de cheveux, donc pas propre.
La douche est moyenne, le carrelage tombe et il y a plein de cheveux.
Le spa est sale.
La salle du petit déjeuner est une cantine digne des collèges des années 1970 ! Tout est dans des bassines en plastique avec du film étirable dessus qu’il faut enlever pour se servir.
La machine à café est sale.
Aucun produit de qualité.
Et pas de terrasse, salle avec la clim à fond.
Bref, rien n’est bien.
L’hôtel en jette de l’extérieur mais c’est tout !

Our stay at Ramada in Pamukkale was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel like royalty during check-in and throughout our entire stay. They consistently checked in with us to ensure everything was meeting our expectations and to see if there was anything we needed or they could do for us to make it even better.

Every single member of staff was incredibly polite, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made all the difference and created such a welcoming atmosphere.

A special thank you to Bilal, who went above and beyond to make our stay even better. His extra initiative, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed and were greatly appreciated.

Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. We cannot wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pamukkale.

La posizione e la buona colazione

Cons:

Era terribilmente sporco e nonostante abbiamo chiesto di pulire meglio la camera è sempre rimasta sporca. La spa era sporca, sovraffollata con bambini che urlavano e si tuffavano e adulti assolutamente non abituati al centro benessere. Ci hanno obbligato a comprare la cuffia, ma nessuno lo usava. Toglierei almeno 2 stelle a essere veramente gentili.
Le uniche cose positive erano la posizione vicina ai luoghi di interesse, la colazione e la cena buona e varia. Personale gentile.
