Je déconseille cet hôtel et n’y reviendrai jamais
Pros:

Reservation canceled 3 times by the hotel, to force me to take a more expensive room and without breakfast included.

Reception staff not at all welcoming and very haughty.

No microwave in the room, kitchen without functionality. Very poorly arranged room, no space and very old furniture.

Water from the air conditioning that flows on the floor and furniture with stains.

Mocktail: industrial fruit juice mix made in front of us.

Pizza marguerita: not in accordance with the photo, frozen pizza, cheese not melting, orange tomato sauce, yellow tomato, pasta similar to a dry biscuit

2 flights during the stay! A bath towel with 1000 bth deposit stolen at the pool and a pair of sunglasses at €300 adapted to my sight, stolen from the pool and never found.

At check out, the person at the reception did not want to return the deposit to me until I had paid for the room service of the never seen.

Cons:

Réservation annulé 3 fois par l’hôtel, pour me forcer à prendre une chambre + chère et sans petit dej inclus.
Personnel de la réception pas dutout accueillant et très hautain.
Aucun micro onde dans la chambre, cuisine sans fonctionnalité. Chambre très mal agencé, aucun espace et meubles très vieux.
Eau de la Clim qui coule par terre et mobiliers avec des taches.

Mocktail : mélange de jus de fruits industriels fait devant nous.
Pizza marguerita : pas conforme à la photo, pizza surgelés, fromage pas fondant, sauce tomate orange, tomate jaune, pâtes similaire à un biscuit sec

2 vols durant le séjour ! Une serviette de bains avec 1000 bth de caution volé à la piscine et une paire de lunette de soleil à 300€ adapté à ma vue, volé à la piscine et jamais retrouvée.

Lors du check out la personne de l’accueil ne voulait pas me rendre le dépôt tant que je n’avais pas payé le room service du jamais vu.

The amount of pools

Cons:

1. Our room was ready 3 hours later than check in time. They told us multiple lies and excuses about getting us in our room, while getting others in rooms before us. This was the only time in our entire Thailand trip that we had poor customer service.
2. Our room was dirty, we had to push the bed aside and there were piles of hair and dirt. Towels had stains on them.
3. The bartenders… don’t expect a quick drink or friendly service. The last straw for me was when a girl in our group caught a bartender taking a picture of her on his phone and walked away denying it when she called him out.
