The amount of pools

Cons:

1. Our room was ready 3 hours later than check in time. They told us multiple lies and excuses about getting us in our room, while getting others in rooms before us. This was the only time in our entire Thailand trip that we had poor customer service.
2. Our room was dirty, we had to push the bed aside and there were piles of hair and dirt. Towels had stains on them.
3. The bartenders… don’t expect a quick drink or friendly service. The last straw for me was when a girl in our group caught a bartender taking a picture of her on his phone and walked away denying it when she called him out.

Cons:

Limited sun beds by the pools on the roofs of hotel blocks and general upkeep of certain areas on the resort that just made the resort look untidy or in need of refurbishment

Amazing!
Pros:

The atmosphere was amazing, staff was very helpful and friendly! Breathtaking views from the rooftop pool, tasty food and great cocktails! We had everything we needed and more!
We are very satisfied and definitely coming back to this beautiful resort!
