Greeted by a not-so-friendly staff member when we first arrived, but then every other staff member following was extremely friendly and helpful! Great buffet breakfast with lots of options. The hotel sits high on a hill, so you catch both the sunrise and sunset - a real treat during our stay! Devi made delicious espresso coffees for us in the mornings - thank you 🙏 I had a 4am flight out of Manado and the staff packed me the most delicious takeaway sandwich so that I was not hungry for the long travel day ahead of me. Aircon worked really well, along with hot showers, clean towels and sheets and very comfy beds!

Side note: if you have a flight before sunrise, make sure to allow plenty of time to get to the airport or use the hotel transfer service as I waited >30min for a grab car and almost missed my flight - most drivers accepted the job, however, did not move from their location 😐

Sehr erholsamer und absolut zu empfehlender Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Sehr schön, saubere, moderne Hotelzimmer mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Umgebung. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich sehr gut einstellen und sorgte immer für angenehme Temperaturen.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war nicht immer alles aufgefüllt, allerdings kam das Personal direkt jedem Wunsch nach.

Gut wenn einem die Lage nichts ausmacht.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Personal soweit freundlich. Sauberkeit nach indonesisches Standards gut.

Die Lage war uns zu abgschieden, wenig Essensmöglichkeiten.

Goed hotel, zeer goed personeel, het hotel en rooftop bar waren ondermaats

De service van het personeel was zeer attent en vriendelijk

Cons:

Het restaurant had een uitgebreid menu maar kon meer dan de helft niet serveren omdat het niet aanwezig was. De kwaliteit van het eten dat er wel was kon zeker ook beter zijn.

Heel comfortabel als verblijf in Manado
Pros:

Heel erg aardig personeel, een schone kamer en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Goed restaurant met vriendelijke bediening.

Cons:

De badkamer was wat verouderd met douchekop die het niet goed deed.

A lovely stay for one night at the end of our Surawesi adventure.
Pros:

We stayed for one night at this modern hotel, which has lovely facilities, including a swimming pool, gym and children’s playroom. In addition, there is a beautiful rooftop bar and restaurant overlooking the countryside and the temples. We were treated extremely well by all the members of staff in particular Prima, who was the manager on duty. The chef Fendri, provided us with a traditional manadoan breakfast which was delicious. The rooms are well equipped, beautiful views, and have all the facilities you would expect from a good quality hotel.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone who requires a night or two in the outskirts of Manado and it is only 20 minutes from the airport.

Fantastisch hotel! Echt boeken!
Pros:

Wat een geweldig hotel! Een van de weinige hoge kwaliteits hotels in de buurt van Manado. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreidt en erg lekker, de kamers zijn allemaal ruim en mooi en de service is super goed. Personeel helpt graag met vanalles en de taxiservice die ze aanbieden is betrouwbaar en niet buitensporig duur vergeleken de apps.

Cons:

De gym was een aanfluiting helaas, niet echt een groot probleem maar er staat een rekje dumbells tot 20 kilo en 1 towerapparaat die bijna uit elkaar valt. Ook was de douche op de kamer niet altijd op goede druk en de douchekop was wel verouderd. Het kan iets beter schoongemaakt worden zoals het tapijt In de kamer of de hoeken met stof en kalk, maar in geheel Indonesie lijkt dat niemand te boeien. Ook sommige handdoeken vallen soms uit elkaar, maar ze gebruiken ze gewoon helemaal op, wel duurzaam.
Enige dat ik echt teleurstellend vond was dat ik om een groene thee vroeg ipv zwarte thee bij het ontbijt en daar werd 45k voor berekend, €2,50. Sorry maar dat is echt belachelijk. En je kreeg maar 1 flesje water pp, voor de rest moest je extra betalen. Gelukkig is er naast het hotel een Alfamart

sarapannya sangat memuaskan plus ada bubur manado yang enak, kamarnya bersih, lokasinya sesuai dengan itin dan harapan saya ,suka karena dekat rumah keluarga dan gak begitu ramai , agak jauh dari pusat kota tapi dont worry manado kota kecil jadi dengan kendaraan ke pusat kota hanya butuh sekitar 15-20 menit. tempat yang tepat untuk menginap di manado jika ingin menikmati wisata pegunungan (Tomohon) atau wisata laut (bunaken, siladen)

Prima voor een of twee overnachtingen voor een goede prijs.
Pros:

Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Halfuurtje van het vliegveld en ook Manado is goed te bereiken. Mooi uitzicht op de bergen en omgeving.

Cons:

Niets. Gewoon een prima hotel.
