Not advisable
Pros:

Location of this hotel is deadly .dont dare to go with your family.Treebo has posted photograph with Mountain View but from both the sides it’s covered .Hotel staffs are good but owner is an arrogant and pathetic.

Pros:

It was a peaceful stay. The breakfast was alright. The staff were helpful.

Cons:

The hotel room didn't match the pictures in the website at all. There were no views of the mountain from my room and it was extremely disappointing. The hotel is also located very far away from the main road - so one needs to walk uphill for about 30-40 minutes to reach the main road and repeat the same ardous walk on their way back. It was exhausting!

Pros:

We liked everything about this place, our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, it is a very quiet place from Shimla's hussle., good for those who like to walk. The chef and manager in one was very kind and accommodating with our eating and traveling needs (helped us with a challenging travel request). The 'main road' can be reached by 10 minutes of steep walking, something locals do every day :) so think of it when you do so :) Nearby is a train station from which you can go to Shimla main railways station (45 minutes) for 230 rupees / person, to add to the fun side of the stay.

Cons:

Our view from the wall to wall window (fantastic !) was more of a partially built house right in front of the window ;) our soap dispenser in the shower was empty, our request to fill it was strangely turned down but probably due to misunderstanding.

Pros:

Mr. Thakur and the hotel staff are excellent in services, even with a limited menu. Their honesty, sincerity, and commitment to guest satisfaction really stand out. Both the staff and owners contribute to such a positive experience!

Cons:

Approaching the Hotel is a bit difficult. No galleries,No trace and more no outside sitting. Srounding by buildings there is no clear view of the valley.

Great place to stay!!
Pros:

This place is definitely the best place I've been in India! Feels like home. Not only for the rooms; that are clean and spacious and also the shower; but the service is just amazing. Yogesh, Manju and her husband Amit were always there for helping us with everything we needed. Kind and lovely people who made us feel so special.
