Pros:

It's a wonderful location. Absolute silence at the top of the hill. There are incredible views. The staff are friendly and professionally. There is a significant sauna!

Sehr sehr schön.
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage der Kreuzbergbaude mit einem wunderbaren Wellnessbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück so vielfältig und mit Liebe zubereitet ist kaum zu übertreffen. Das Abendessen im Restaurant frisch und mit Phantasie zubereitet und serviert. Das Personals ist außerordentlich aufmerksam und auf das Wohlbefinden der Gäste bedacht. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Cons:

Das es Gäste gibt, die auf dem Frischluftbalkon der Sauna rauchen. Da gehört ein Rauchverbot hin.

J'ai beaucoup aimé le charme de cet hôtel, et le type appart-hôtel était adapté à notre famille.

Cons:

Lors de notre arrivée il n'y avais personne à la réception, et après avoir fait 15h de route, j'avais pourtant prévenue de mon arrivée plus tardive, je n'ai trouvé personne, j'ai du chercher et comprendre que je devais aller voir au restaurant s'il y avait quelqu'un. Les échanges étaient assez compliqué car nous sommes touristes français et le personnel ne parlais pas français et nous avons eu du mal à nous comprendre (merci le traducteur)
Le micro onde ne fonctionnais pas donc je n'ai pas pu faire chauffer mes restes de nourriture, que j'ai d'ailleurs oublié dans le frigo. Le lit était assez confortable mais les couettes plutôt fines pour l'hivers et j'ai eu froid la nuit, et j'avais l'impression que le chauffage ne fonctionnais plus la nuit. Et il manquait une télécommande pour une TV.
