It was just average.

Location. It was very close to the Sangam ghat( Triveni Sangam)

Cons:

On arrival, we found the toilet sheet was broken; there were spider nets in the toilet/bath room. We have to call the manager to show these issues. He then called a helper to clean the toilet/bath room, however they couldn’t fix the toilet sheet as the plumber was not available. Manager offered us to change our room but we were so tired that we decided not to change this room. Even the location of the aircon wasn’t suitable for the bed in the room as we could hardly get cool air towards the bed in room. They needs to either relocate the bed or aircon in this guest room.

Pros:

The location and some of the reception staff was OK and behaved well.

Cons:

Cleanliness. It was pathetic and poorly kept. The house keeping was so bad and was beyond expectations. Some of the staff colleagues were literally begging for money (Tips).

Big room size, sufficient furniture, toiletries, staff behaviour

Cons:

The air conditioning was not effective, and the ceiling fan was poorly positioned, so the airflow did not reach the bed. The exterior appearance did not resemble that of a hotel, and there was no lift installed, which was inconvenient. Overall, the property looked old and was not well maintained. The food was costly.

Cons:

very bad room. dirty. smelly. lack of electrical safety. open cut wire here and there. horrible . in fact we paid full once arrived but compelled to leave the hotel next day morning. no refund get.
