Cons:

It was so dirty
The pillows and bed sheets were stained. The bathroom was not clean . The shower was broken.
The room was honestly so dirty that we left the property after one night although we had booked and paid for two nights.

The staff was welcoming the first day when checking in and offered help taking our luggage to our room but ignored us when we were checking out and didn’t move a finger. They didn’t even bother answering us.

Limpieza y deben tener en cuenta con el traslado al aeropuerto la pase fatal fije que traslado al aeropuerto sabina me han cobrado 1500liras pague por adelantado puntual el taxi 4 am día 1 de enero puse el GPS en mi móvil y ya iba en otra dirección que no era me llevaba al aeropuerto estambul le grite para que no es mi ruta el taxista paro me dijo que la recepción había dicho aeropuerto estambul no sabina al fin el taxista me ha quitado 4mil liras para llegar al aeropuerto sabina que porque tenía que devolverse casi 15 km esto me pareció una estafa entre recepción y taxista mucho cuidado porque pasé mala experiencia

The staff stole some stuff. 100% sure it was the staff because the bed was done (i was there the night before) and nobody was there. The manager stopped repply to me but he was in the building and i could hear the notifications on the phone (i was being very nice on the messages)

Μόνο ότι ειμασταν στον πέμπτο οροφο

Φτάνοντας στο ξενοδοχείο είχαν βάλει άλλους στο δωμάτιο και μας είπαν ότι η κράτηση μας είχε ακυρωθεί κ μας έστειλαν μύνημα το μεσημέρι της ίδιας ημέρες. Καλό δωμάτιο, μούχλα, χαλασμένο ψυγείο που μύριζε το μπάνιο απαίσιο ,σεντόνια λερωμένα κ πετσέτες που δεν άλλαξαν ποτέ μια ολόκληρη εβδομάδα! Το πρώτο βράδυ μαλώσαμε άσχημα με τον σύντροφό μου που αναγκαστηκαμε να μείνουμε σε τόσο άθλιο ξενοδοχείο και τόσο βρώμικο.

그리고 내가 부킹닷컴에 이 숙소를 예약 할 때, 신용카드로 결제되었음을 모르고 숙소로 갔음, 그리고 숙소에서 방값을 결제하고, 방에서 나의 카드 사용 내역을 확인하다, 이 숙소 예약 때 카드로 결제 된 것을 확인함, 숙소 주인에게 현장 결제 된 것을 환불 요구했음, 숙소 주인은 내게 환불했지만, 상당히 불쾌한 경험이였음
