Dirty, not welcoming.
We checked in at 3 am on 18 Nov and paid R2000 for that day. Our booking was also for 19 Nov but when we were not satisfied with the hotel we checked out at 9 am on 18 Nov. We had to pay R3500 for 19 Nov also even when we did not stay.
