Pros:

Administrative staff are great & supportive. Cleaning personel are thorough and efficient.
Beds are comfortable. And breakfast is great.
Location is super and only a 9 minute walk to the CTM bus terminal.

Pros:

I like the location, however the place wasn't worth praising, especially if they're charging a big amount, bed was stained with blood, pillows were dirty.
I wouldn't recommend someone to pay this much to be disappointed, there are plenty of places around the location that looked cleaned and had better reviews, it did include the breakfast but again very little option or basic.

Cons:

Bedsheets not clean, mirror was stained with blood, pillows were dirty and the floor mat was covered in dust and debris, wouldn't stay there again if I had to. Hair dry kept switching off after I dry one section

Pros:

Le personnel de la réception est très gentil. Ils ont gardé mon bagage dès 9h du matin le jour de notre arrivée et ont même proposé de faire le check-in.
L’établissement est bien situé : à 20 minutes à pied de la gare Casa-Voyageurs et à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville.
La chambre pour une famille de 5 personnes est spacieuse, de type suite, avec un balcon et un petit salon. Les lits sont confortables et très propre.
Petit déjeuner copieux : thé, café et chocolat chaud, viennoiseries, pain, fromage, beurre, confiture, œufs, charcuterie, olives, jus de pêche en conserve et salades variées. qui ce que vous voulez d'autre ?

Cons:

Il y a une odeur de cigarette à l’entrée, mixte à l'espace réservé aux fumeurs, ce qui peut donner l’impression que l’hôtel n’est pas de bonne qualité, alors que ce n’est absolument pas le cas.

Cons:

Pas de poubelle dans la chambre et salle de bain
Hygiène moyen aux toilettes de la salle de petit déjeuner et sur les tasses du petit déjeuner
