The appartement was and quiet. The room was quite large for this location, which was nice. Bed was comfortable.
The plastic shampoo samples were not practical for washing hands because they would spill once opened. A normal soap besides wash stand would do better.
La ubicación, centrico, al lado de la calle Toledo, una de las principales de Nápoles, y cerca del metro, del centro histórico y de los principales puntos de interés de Napoles.
Pagar por utilizar el ascensor. El apartamento está en la segunda planta y para subir con el ascensor, hay que pagar.
The location was very good , near the historic center.
The check in procedure was very complicated and when we arrived in the building one door was locked so we were waiting someone from the office to unlock. The doors were supposed to open by clicking a link in our mobile but there was no internet signal....
Additionaly the room was a loft connected to a shared siiting room by a window. So if we had the window open there was some fresh air, but there was noise when other guests where in the siiting room...
In the bathroom inside the shower there was no stand for shampoo or body shower.
Small details that make the stay easier.
The most important was that in the room facilities a refrigerator was mentioned , but in our room there wasn' t any. And we had medicines with us that required refrigerator. When I asked the office about that they told me that I can ddrop the medicines in their office which was nearby , but it was open only between 9-6 oclock. VERY DISSAPONTED

Napoli è la mia città d'origine, quindi torno spesso (da turista). Questa volta ho soggiornato in questa struttura e con soddisfazione posso affermare di aver trovato un ottimo alloggio, molto vicino alle principali vie del centro della città.
I servizi sono stati ottimi anche se all'arrivo, l'accesso alla struttura mediante applicazione su telefono, mi è sembrato macchinoso, ma una volta capita la procedura tutto è andato bene. La camera era spaziosa e aveva un piccolo angolo cottura corredato di cose essenziali. Lo consiglio.
L'ascensore si paga 10 cent. quindi bisogna munirsi di monete sufficienti per l'uso.
Dobra lokalizacja. Łatwy dostęp do obiektu i łatwy kontakt z obsługą. Pokój wystarczający na bazę noclegową.

In the beginning it might be pretty confusing how to get inside
The room is nice, looks very modern, it is in a good position in the city centre. Was clean. They give you shampoo ans soap.
It says apartment, but its more a hotel room. There is no fridge, no windows, and a lot of humidity in the room. Everytime I was siting on the bed, my but felt wet. We took this “apartment” because we wanted to cook for ourselfs breakfast but, there is no cooker. So in the end its just like a hotel room. Not many facilities! Put at least a fridge in the room.
The place had a lot of space and was tidy. Nice rooms and bathroom. The location was great to get everywhere. It was easy to message the staff on what's app. Good place for a family or a group of friends.while I have written the negatives...they weren't major so I would stay again as long as the smell was sorted. It was a pleasant stay.
The sink had a bad smell in the rooms. We messaged the staff and they just said sorry, didn't come to resolve the issue. We were out from morning to night most days so we didn't pursue it further. I did ask if there was an iron but they didn't reply and there was no kettle to make tea/coffee which is usually standard everywhere. We didn't ask as we didn't have a reply about the iron.The location is good but you can hear lot of noise especially Friday and Saturday night but we just used ear plugs as we thought this may happen as it's central.cleaning looked like it had not been done thoroughly and for a while...lot of dust on furniture but it was not dirty. Just needed dusting/wiping and some food marks on walls may have got missed.
