Séjour mitigé : l’accueil et la disponibilité de l’hôte sont très bons, mais la présence de cafards a été un vrai point

L’hôte est extrêmement cordial et amical, très facile à vivre, à l’écoute et toujours disponible pour répondre à n’importe quelle question. Cela a rendu le séjour très agréable et sans stress.

Cons:

Malheureusement, le deuxième jour, j’ai rencontré deux cafards dans l’établissement. C’est un point négatif, surtout en ayant payé 100 % du tarif. Cependant, il faut souligner que l’hôte a été très réactif et a immédiatement traité le problème en pulvérisant un produit, ce qui a éliminé les cafards.
