it's a scam.

after i got the confirmation email from booking.com i got another email from the hotel asking me to provide my arrival time.
i texted them on WhatsApp as they asked and told between 9-10 pm. the message was read.

when I got there they told me they are fully booked and they had cancelled my booking.
according to their policy i had to check-in between 2-6 pm. i never got any notification like this and next to me another person was just checking in (at 10 pm).
i also never received any cancellation email.
they tried to put me in their other hotel next doors which was super dirty and filthy. i refused to stay their.

hotel yash palace is unfortunately just another mahipalpur scam.
sad to see that booking.com is still giving them the opportunity

Why booking.com don't have any customer care number
I booked hotel on feb 5 but hotel says your booking canceled and stay on another hotel and take more money then booking amount

Номер отвратительный. Интернет плохой. Месторасположение хорошее. Я останавливался в этом отеле в марте 2025 года. С того момента всё очень сильно ухудшилось. Тогда было хорошо. Сейчас нет.

for arround 3500 price tage it is not that much value for money.

I had a bad experience.
Pros:

The room was not clean, and even the plates and spoons provided with breakfast were dirty. I stayed for two days, and on both mornings there was no water supply for 2.5 hours.

Pros:

Les prises USB quand on n’a pas encore d’adaptateur
La gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Humide car fenêtre donnant sur un mur donc pas de lumière
Très bruyant dans les couloirs qui résonnent beaucoup
Les draps du lits font à peine la taille du matelas donc ils se retirent au moindre mouvement

Good for the short stay to transfer the airplane.
Pros:

Staff is very kind and polite.
I stayed here when I transferred the airplane in Delhi airport from Terminal 3 to Terminal 1.
Easy access from both T3 and T1.

Cons:

Hot water did not work for the shower. As the outside was hot, it was not necessary though.

Cons:

Дали номер с двумя кроватями. 3500 за ночь (что не дешево!).Ночью просыпаюсь от того,что на кровати соседней огромная крыса забралась в мои вещи и ела мой сникерс. Я заорала на весь отель и она юрк между подушек ! Я в ужасе включила свет и вижу на простынях жёлтые подтеки от крысиной мочи и я поняла,что специфический сладковатый запах в номере-это моча грызунов.
И да,полотенец нет ни одного.
Подошла к менеджеру рассказала о ситуации,но его мой рассказ не шокировал.
Ну,не стоит и говорить,что мне не предложили ни новый номер,ни компенсации.
Попрощался сквозь зубы.
И еще отель в какой то подворотне с кучей мусора и еще там звукоизоляции просто нет.Каждый шорох соседей тебе в уши.
Не хотите подцепить болезни обходите этот крысятник.
В дополнение скажу,что добавила столько же и заселилась в сетевой отель 5* с бассейном,где идеально было просто все.
