Excellent service from the part of the reception, and a free Shuttle from and to the airport that worked perfectly. Good breakfast, and nice bar by the pool on 5th floor. The gym iwas an extra plus. 👏

The hotel was generally ok. A bit old infrastructure but fine to stay few days for a short business trip.
Breakfast is too average, not to much things to choose, the flavour of all foods is quick low, restaurant very hot.
The shower room need to improve.
Only that we could change rooms to have a working air con.
The air conditioner was not working, there were holes in the carpet, the basin did not drain and it smelt and the sheets were stained. The fish in the display in reception had died and we reported it and 2 days later they had not been removed

Going by what I read on booking.com, I Thought it would be better. It is definitely not four star as claimed by the hotel. Rooms are small. Common areas - like lift lobby and the corridors and even the reception did not have air-conditioning. It was stifling. Breakfast was below average. Don’t exchange money at the hotel. Staff offers to give you a better rate from an outside money-changer - but that is also below the market rate.
Victoire offered excellent service. I will definitely come back.
