Pros:

Das Hotel gehört für mich definitiv zu den besseren Hotels in Cala Millor. Die Lage ist top, und das gesamte Hotel ist modern und gepflegt.

Unser Zimmer war sehr modern, groß und gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön war der große Balkon mit herrlichem Meerblick. Auch der Pool ist modern, schön gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Das Restaurant hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Abends gibt es zusätzlich eine Bar und regelmäßig Shows, was für eine schöne Atmosphäre sorgt und definitiv ein Pluspunkt ist. Das Personal war größtenteils sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, vor allem an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Eine klare Schwäche ist für mich das Frühstück. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel war die Auswahl und Qualität enttäuschend. Es wirkte eher wie ein Frühstück in einem 1- oder 2-Sterne-Hotel und passte überhaupt nicht zum ansonsten modernen und hochwertigen Eindruck des Hotels.

Auch das Freizeitangebot im Hotel ist eher begrenzt. Im Grunde hat man das Zimmer, den Pool und das Meer – darüber hinaus wird nicht besonders viel geboten. Für viele zusätzliche Angebote oder Leistungen fallen zudem weitere Kosten an.

Great location with beautiful sea views
Pros:

Great location – very close to the beach, with plenty of bars, shops, and everything else you might need nearby, all within easy walking distance. The rooms are clean, tidy, and nicely renovated. We really enjoyed the pool, especially the cocktails at the pool bar. We stayed on the 7th floor, and the sea view from the balcony was absolutely stunning – definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

Cons:

The breakfast was tasty, but the selection was practically the same every day. For a longer stay, it would be nice to have a bit more variety and some different options from day to day.

Fantástico hotel con vistas al mar.
Pros:

La atención recibida, la habitación, las instalaciones, su situación y las vistas al mar desde la habitación. Es un hotel muy bien organizado y distribuido, y el personal es muy agradable (muy bien escogido). Está situado en una zona en la que hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes, con una zona de paseo muy accesible.

Séjour très agréable dans une baie très vivante le soir

La vue mer de la chambre, la propreté, le bar et restaurants très bons et la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Rien à l’hôtel ; trop de monde sur les plages de la cala mais pas en lien avec l’hôtel. Il y a de belles calas pas trop loin. Voiture indispensable. Parking gratuits à proximité

Minden tökéletes volt! A személyzet fantasztikus! Köszönjük a kifogástalan kiszolgálást. A reggelire és vacsorára isteni finom ételeket ettünk,a mindennap takarították a szobát.

Service of a 3-star hotel
Pros:

* The restaurant staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
* The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the beach and stunning surroundings.

Cons:

* The elevator system was extremely inefficient. There were two elevators operating independently, and there were no floor displays indicating where either elevator was. As a result, guests had to call both elevators every time, making it feel as though there was only one in service. Our room was on the 7th floor, and the elevator stopped on almost every floor before reaching the ground floor, every single time.
* At 10:40 PM, we requested an extra blanket, but unfortunately we were told it would not be possible until the following day because there were no staff available after 10:30. I even offered to collect the blanket myself, but this was not permitted. Considering this is a 4-star hotel, we expected a better level of service.
* We had booked a sea-view room, but upon arrival we were informed that none were available. Instead, we were accommodated in a room in a secondary building for the first night. The hotel offered a €40 credit to spend on-site and a bottle of champagne as compensation, which was a thoughtful gesture. However, we would have much preferred the room we had reserved. Traveling with a 3-year-old toddler, having to unpack, repack, and move rooms after just one night created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. In our opinion, honoring the original booking would have been far more valuable than the compensation provided.

We loved everything about this hotel! (Couple vacation)

We loved everything about this hotel.

The location was wonderful - right on the main promenade with shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. The staff was really nice - though some did not speak English they made you feel welcomed every time you saw them.

The beach was right in front of the hotel with sunbeds available for rent. We rented the beach towels at the reception (we got the deposit for the towels back when we left).

The food in the hotel had a lot of variety and was very delicious. Some of the meals were being prepared in front of you with kitchen staff ready to help and very amusing at the same time :D

We have to add that the hotel was very clean and the amenities were very well equipped (the gym for example was modern and had everything you need in it).

One additional thing that we will remember for sure was the high quality of performers in the beach bar in the hotel. Bravo to them all.

Cons:

The only bad thing we could think of is lack of a hotels-own parking space, but we parked our car on the street parking 5 minutes away, so it was not a big deal.

Maybe just room for improvement for the future - if the in-hotel activities would be promoted a bit better, more people would show up doing them (for example yoga every morning etc.), but that is really just a cherry on top.
