Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut .Kurze Wege zum Supermarkt und ins Zentrum. Zum Strand ebenfalls kurze Wege. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit..

Cons:

Es fehlt eine gute Sitzgelegenheiten im Appartement.

Prima uitvalsbasis om het achterland te ontdekken, zeker met de tips van Salvatore en Elena.
Pros:

De aardige host die ons allerlei tips gaf om de omgeving te verkennen.Ruim en schoon appartement.

Cons:

Het duurt erg lang voor er warmwater uit de kraan komt, een waterkoker zou dit probleem grotendeels oplossen.

Pratique et efficace
Pros:

Situé à 5 min de Arbatax et du grand axe routier. Parking gratuit devant le logement. Très spacieux, le petit extérieur fais du bien après une longue journée. Salvatore et Elena sont au top , disponible pour toutes questions. Je le recommande

Bellissimo e consigliatissimo!!!
Pros:

Gli appartamenti, dotati di Wi-Fi, praticamente nuovi e arredati con mobili e elettrodomestici di qualità, sono costituiti da soggiorno con cucina a vista (tavolo, sedie, frigorifero con freezer, lavatrice, TV, macchina del caffè), due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli), disimpegno e bagno; tutti gli ambienti sono dotati di finestre/portefinestre e il ballatoio, condiviso tra due appartamenti, può essere utilizzato per gli stendibiancheria (anch'essi forniti). La pulizia è impeccabile; i rifiuti, differenziati, vengono ritirati, se si vuole, anche quotidianamente alla porta. Ulteriore punto di forza è la posizione della struttura che garantisce da un lato un ambiente tranquillo e privo di rumori, dall'altro la possibilità di raggiungere le vie del centro con pochi minuti di auto e i supermercati anche a piedi. L'esperienza è stata di assoluta e totale soddisfazione sotto tutti i punti di vista anche nella considerazione che eravamo un gruppo di 6 famiglie con figli tra gli 8 e i 14 anni. Non posso concludere la recensione senza evidenziare la gentilezza, la professionalità e la disponibilità (a qualsiasi ora) di Salvatore, il proprietario.

Pros:

Ottimo appartamento con tutto il necessario a disposizione. Appartamento ben strutturato con aria condizionata in ogni camera e vicino a più spiagge e supermercati. Molto gentili e disponibili gli host.

Cons:

Da migliorare le tende delle camere perché non oscuravano abbastanza la luce.

Pros:

Très propre, résidence calme et bien entretenue. Les propriétaire au petit soin super sympathique. -10% au restaurant. Tout été au top merci encore à eux. 👌

Comfortable stay, staff is super responsive and helpful.
Pros:

Clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable.

Cons:

Living room only has a dining table, no sofa so not very comfy for watching Tv but ok for playing card games (if you’re 4 ppl)

Peaceful, clean and welcoming property
Pros:

Property was very clean and tidy. Simple decor but functional. Salvatore and Elena were very welcoming and had good English for advising on the property functions etc. They also provided us with some great recommendations for beaches and other attractions. Outside was pretty and well kept. Black out curtains and AC. Supermarket just 2 min walk away for morning pastries. Nice restaurants a short 5-10 drive away. Excellent hosts, thank you.

Cons:

We liked the property over all, very pleased. If there was something to improve it slightly, would be an oven and a thicker mattress for adults but only as an added bonus! We loved it, thank you.
