Although the apartment was clean, it was quite run down.
No hair dryer or toaster, only very basic amenities included.
The cleaners came anytime between 10am - 5pm. When they came during the afternoon we were often in the apartment, making it harder to do a proper clean but it was hard to plan around it as the times varied so much.

L'etat du lieu qui est trop ancien, il n'y a pas d équipement de nettoyage, le réfrigérateur ne marche pas dès le départ, ils n'ont pas fait l'effort pour le remplacer, on a insisté plusieurs fois pour parler avec leur boss pour qu'il agit pour le remplacer le deuxième jour.
Il y a des mauvaises odeurs partout dans l'appartement.

Definitely, it’s a better experience to stay in the new building. We stayed in the old building, and the rooms were really outdated. The biggest issue was the smell – a very strange, strong odor, almost like someone had been smoking weed inside for months. On top of that, there were ants everywhere in the kitchen, especially around the sink and table, so we had to hide all food in the fridge.

Another downside is that nothing complimentary was provided – not even a small bottle of water or shampoo, which would have been nice after traveling.

If you’re looking for authentic Turkish culture, this is not the right area. Ölüdeniz feels more like a “little England.” Most restaurants on the main street serve English-style food, the cafés have English names, and prices are listed in £ or €. Everything is also very touristy and more expensive compared to normal Turkish towns. That’s why we traveled to Fethiye for proper Turkish food at local prices.

It’s also sad to see how much Ölüdeniz has changed. I visited 15 years ago, and back then it was different, more authentic. Now it’s just a busy tourist spot. You even need to pay for everything: my family paid £5.50 just to enter Ölüdeniz beach (kids under 6 are free), £5.60 for parking, and £16.60 for one sunbed. So for only 1.5 hours at the beach, it cost me around £25. back then it was absolutely amazing – the beach was quiet, there were turtles, and it felt truly beautiful and natural. Now it’s completely different: very busy, commercial, and nothing is left from those old days.

Overall, the location is very tourist-oriented, overpriced, and not authentic.

Es muss klar und deutlich unterschieden werden zwischen dem Hotel und den Appartments, was auf den ersten Blick bei unserer Buchung gar nicht ersichtlich war. Wir waren demnach in einem Appartment untergebracht als Familie und waren abgesehen von der guten Geräumigkeit schockiert über den Zustand. Dreck wo das Auge hinschaut, ein unangenehmer Geruch und alles andere als Wohlfühlfaktor im Urlaub. Glücklicherweise waren wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs und kamen nur zur Übernachtung ins Hotel, sonst hätten wir es gar nicht länger ausgehalten.

We could not reach them on the phone ,nobody answer it, There was no sign for Hayat Apart Otel on the building, We spent about 20 pounds to call booking com Customer service to get the person's mobile number, it's run by unprofessionally and it was a wasted stressful day to check in..
Kitchen was not equipped fully, but we managed to have our breakfasts at least..
They don't change beddings or supply daily clean towels , mosquitoes in the flat , had to buy fly killer spray.

Everything, couldn't have asked for more.
