Equipe educada.

Cons:

The stay could have been much better if manual protocols were used for check in rather than wait
Pros:

I arrived at the hotel at 20:00 hrs and was only able to get into the room at 00:00. The staff was rude and did not even assit me with my bags when I went to my room.
I missed a business opportunity because I slept very late and woke up very tired

Cons:

The staff could have used manual process to check us through immediately we arrived
There were no face towels in my room on the second day
There was no iron in my room as indicated in the brochure

Clean and spacious room, great location

Cons:

It was a bit underwhelming in general. I had high expectations, but they dont offer room service, menu options were limited, breakfast was ok, the fancy TV didnt have many channel options. It okay overall.
Lighting wasnt great in the room.

Pros:

Muito boa estrutura! Produtos de higiene, frigobar, bom espaço no quarto! O complexo do hotel é lindo e nos sentimos muito seguros.

Cons:

Poderia ter mais variedade de café, como queijos e bolos… mas de forma geral atende bem! E tudo estava gostoso.
