the room was clean and spacious

Cons:

The breakfast was below par, poor selection, dry eggs, ridiculously oily bacon and sausage.
Had to que for coffee - only 1 coffee machine which was self service.
Dinner/in-house options were extremely limited. the food took forever to be served even though there weren't any other guests. 1.5hrs for a pizza.
No alcohol was available at the hotel, - couldn't have a glass of wine with my meal. couldn't order a night cap after a long days work.
Dinning table and chairs are cheap and unstable - every morning without fail my coffee spilt on the table.
No work desk to be able to sit an work at in the room. i was on a business trip and needed to work in the evenings.
Pillows and bed old and soft causing back and neck strain.

Perfektes Hotel für den Johannesburg-Besuch
Pros:

Das Team ist super nett und sehr flexibel. Wir waren bereits um 9 vor Ort, wegen einer sehr frühen Landung am Flughafen, und obwohl der Checkin erst um 15 Uhr ist, durften wir bereits im Fitnesscenter duschen und etwas frühstücken.
Die Zimmer sind groß genug und bequem. Zudem gepflegt und sauber.

I liked the location and ease of access to sandton. The room sizes were reasonable and the bathroom size was good. The staff is very attentive and kind.

Cons:

The breakfast is not good. The food is not fresh.

The staff was not ready to assist with anything.
Pros:

Bad location for breakfast and it was poorly serviced.

Cons:

I asked for early check in , the staff was not inclined to make it happen.
Made me wait till close to 2 pm but on the website I started that i would prefer 9am check in.

Более или менее приемлемый отель, чисто, много ресторанов рядом.

Cons:

Хилтон не оправдал ожиданий. Он на уровне бюджетной тройки, не выше. Номера маленькие, освещение слабое. Нам не помогли с багажем при выезде из отеля, сказали, что нет персонала, который бы мог нам помочь. Даже в отелях без звезд и бунгального типа нам всегда помогали, а в Хилтоне у них нет человека...
Завтраки очень скудные. Ощущение, что экономили на всем!
