The staff are very cooperative

The reception counter, the lady was unwelcoming
Rooftop pool was good, as were all the staff and late checkout up to midday was accommodated with no problem. Convenient onsite parking and inside a shopping mall so very secure and useful for quick shopping.
Missing mosquito net, although rail in place. Had to ask for kettle but quickly provided.

My room was very dirty which made my stay very uncomfortable. The bathroom was disgusting the was built up mild/brown stuff under the bathroom sink and in the shower. The bathroom stunk of sewage. My bed sheets were also dirty as was the floor. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff were wonderful and very helpful and the location was great. Just the cleanliness of the room was an issue. Cleaning staff need to be trained to clean rooms properly.
