Pros:

Super herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt! Top Lage und sehr tolle Ausstattung des Zimmers. Es ist sehr sauber und sehr modern! Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit :)

Fantastische ervaring
Pros:

Het hotel was gemakkelijk bereikbaar en er was ruim voldoende parkeerplaats. We kregen een prachtige en ruime kamer toegekend die tip top in orde was. De bedden waren zo comfortabel dat we bijna niet wouden opstaan. Het uitzicht op het balkon was adembenemd. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten in het restaurant was supper lekker. Het waren heerlijke locale gerechten tegen een eerlijke prijs. De kinderen kregen een verassing bij hun maaltijd en dat vonden ze zo leuk.

Cons:

Die ene vlieg die ons telkens stoorde tijdens onze maaltijden in het restaurant.

The room was brand New, very clean and comfortable. We loved the view on the mountain from both side of the room.

A Sarntal Gem
Pros:

A super place to stay when visiting Sarntal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The owners/managers were there the whole time and were very helpful and obliging. The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Breakfast was really good. We especially liked the selection of fresh breads and the scrambled eggs were brilliant.

Cons:

If, and I mean if I have to say that there was something, it would be that we couldn't regulate the temperature in our room. Forgot to ask how, so probably our own fault!

A pleasant stay
Pros:

The hotel was as described, the area - very nice, the staff was polite and attentive, the room was clean and spacious (huge terrace/balcony). Parking right in front of the building, was staying with a dog and the hotel is pet friendly which was basically the decision making factor.

Cons:

The breakfast could be better (which is very subjective), the choice of food was a little poor to my taste but the fact that they serve breakfast was already a plus which we appreciated.
