Pros:

Facilities were perfect for a weary traveller needing to refresh. The staff was good and helped me book a homestay in rural Vietnam by phoning them for me. No complaints!

Great value and had exactly what I needed.
Pros:

Hot showers and good water pressure. Also has a garage which was extra nice for my motorcycle trip. Would recommend for sure.

Cons:

Beds are quite hard.

i didn’t even know mattresses this hard existed. sheets and towels were a bit dirty (stains, hair) on the bed

Pros:

Price. Its cheap but that reflects the quality.

Cons:

Beds are honestly just a board. No mattress at all. I asked the man in the evening for a blanket to put down to lie on and he just waved his hand like "No" and told me to pay. Eventually using Google translate he relented and went to the storage room which was 5 feet away and gave me one of the 80 blankets available in there. Rude, grumpy, unhelpful. No one spoke a word of English. WiFi did not work well. It is far from the center, in front of a busy and loud market.
