Highly recommend for location, value for money and hospitality towards guests.
Pros:

The Imperial Suite was supplied with a very comfortable bed, robes and generous amenities. We were very comfortable. Locations is fantastic and staff were extremely helpful. Very very clean and well-maintained room.

Cons:

The Imperial Suite is quite extravagantly decorated with high quality attributes though had many highly reflective surfaces. When using the toilet at night, the lights automatically come on and because they are bright lights, all the shiny details reflect and are a bit blinding. A light that has dimming capability or that starts dimmer would help. The dampness in the room, due to being on the lower level, is hard to combat. Efforts are made to minimize this with dehumidifiers however it remains quite noticeable.

Horrible!
Cons:

I booked a Delux room that looked nice, but they did not mentioned that the room was in the basement with no windows and bed mold smell.
I requested another room and after hours of waiting at 7:30 got a cheeper smaller room, still with no direct window.

konumu fena değildi, hijyen iyiydi odalar temizdi.

Cons:

Standart olmayan bir üst segment odada kalmamıza rağmen odalar ciddi anlamda küçüktü. Planımdan ötürü bir gece uzatmam gerekiyordu en üst segment odaya geçtim son gece, nispeten daha büyüktü daha doğrusu normal boyutlardaydı ama onda da lavaboyu köşeye bir yere koymuşlar kullanımı imkansız bir şekildeydi dişlerimizi fırçalayamadık bile.

Resepsiyonda bir tane erkek personel sadece İngilizce biliyordu onu da her zaman bulmak mümkün değil diğer kimse İngilizce bilmiyor ve çok zor anlaşıyorsunuz.

Awesome VIP style suite with tons of room and features. 10 out of 10!
Pros:

We stayed in the VIP Suite. There's only one suite in this hotel and it's in the basement which was a little weird, but it was very worth it. It was massive and very fancy and worth the extra money. If you've ever been to a nice room in Las Vegas, it was up there, which is very rare for Japan. We would definitely recommend staying here and would come back!

Cons:

There was no complaints at all. Staff was great too.

Otherwise good location and on the 8th floor no noticeable noise from outside.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room had been used for smoking and it was an obvious lingering smell (cannot remember if I had an option for a non smoking room however).

Was staying here for a few nights and everything went perfectly. Staff was so helpful!
