We stayed in the VIP Suite. There's only one suite in this hotel and it's in the basement which was a little weird, but it was very worth it. It was massive and very fancy and worth the extra money. If you've ever been to a nice room in Las Vegas, it was up there, which is very rare for Japan. We would definitely recommend staying here and would come back!
There was no complaints at all. Staff was great too.
The location was excellent
Unfortunately the room had been used for smoking and it was an obvious lingering smell (cannot remember if I had an option for a non smoking room however).

Size of the room
The staff, location and value for money was great. Rooms were cleaned and housekeeping was top notch. Had two stays here - one for 5 nights and other for 1 night.
The rooms are on the smaller side and the neighbourhood is not be suitable for kids/families. Great for young folks though. Felt safe overall
Very friendly and helpful staff! Everything was clean and they always asked if we needed help with anything. We felt very welcome and cared for. So many amenities and high quality toiletries. It is also very LGBTQ friendly

Large room: able to spread out! Had a washer and dryer. Easy to find and close to a train station
The large room had no windows, so hard to know the weather outside and no towel racks

Location was abit inconvenient but not too bad.
Great location. Close to trains. Walking distance to many 24 hour eateries. Very clean room with all of the amenities necessary.

Soba nije velika ali je čista i uredna te vrlo dobro opremljena. Hotel je smješten samo par koraka od Shinjuku City. Samo okruženje hotela nije baš za obiteljski boravak. Veličina sobe je bila dovoljna za boravak jedne osobu te na jednu noć.
Kako je bio petak okruženje je bilo malo bučno.
Our room was the VIP suite on lower floor. I was skeptical. But then it turned out to be huge and really elegant. Two couches, karaoke machine, TV over the bathtub, great music system, very secure, lots of bath and beauty products in the room. Great location too. Even had free wine/beer glass upon arrival.
Could have had a breakfast option and more space for other activities in the property (pretty small) but still very cool

The fact thst the luxurious room is in the basement with no windows (and no air), isn't mentioned at all! It's a totally deception!
Staff were welcoming and lovely to deal with. Room was clean, large and as advertised.
Security was a significant concern during our stay. The hotel is located in a popular nightclub/bar strip and we were woken at 2am by an intoxicated man incessantly ringing the room doorbell and proceeded to try to come into the room (We were staying in the executive/VIP suite).
The man was able to enter the hotel, enter the lift and get to our floor without being a hotel guest with a key card. The lift is also at the entrance of the hotel and doesn’t require card access. The room also didn’t have a door peephole or a security latch meaning we had to open the door completely to see who was ringing the doorbell and ask them to leave.
Whilst the staff were apologetic and were able to get the man to leave it left us incredibly uncomfortable (we only stayed one night).
Incredibly comfortable room, it absolutely exceeded my expectations. Location was fantastic and staff were Incredibly helpful and nice.
