Pros:

Felt extremely clean
Staff were wonderful
Easy walking distance to Shinjuku city
Nice bathroom

Cons:

Room smelt like smoke the first 2 days (we didn't realise unless states smoke free then its allowed)
Room was too small for us. No where to put luggage felt claustrophobic. Window was present but behind wall panelling so we left it open as much as possible, however too noisy at night to do so.

Great location, nice staff and amenities - it would have been great if it wasn’t for the very uncomfortable bed.
Pros:

Location was great, just a short walk from metro station. Staff was super nice and helpful. Small room (expected) but with enough room to put 2 big luggages in a corner. Nice bathroom with bath.

Cons:

Uncomfortable bed, and duvet was too small for a couple.

Fun and Food!
Pros:

Location ottima per divertirsi la sera. Ristorantini e locali nei dintorni. La stanza era molto piccola, ma in ogni caso nello standard della zona. Offrono una piccola zona con qualche snack e drink gratuito. Sono molto attenti al cliente e accoglienti.

Una estancia y ubicación perfecta. Dormirás como bebé.
Pros:

Excelente estancia. El staff insuperable, nos trataron con mucha calidez durante todo el tiempo.
Fue nuestro último tramo en Japón y realmente estábamos ya cansados esta última semana, fue perfecto tener una cama tan cómoda y poder fumar, que a propósito, los cuartos tienen un excelente sistema de filtrado y el cuarto jamás olió a humo ni cuando llegamos. El baño excelente, el agua temperatura perfecta para darse un baño de tina.
El cuarto era muy bonito! Perfectamente oscuro y silencioso de noche, incluso cuando los bares vecinos hacían ruido, dormí como bebé hasta pasadas las 9 a veces sin darme cuenta.
El hotel brinda tragos ricos gratis como Moet y vino tino, botanas y galletitas, el cuarto estuvo excelente con utilidades del baño como sales para baño cremas shampoo cepillo plancha y secadora.
Me encantó, lo recomiendo ampliamente!

Cons:

Todo estuvo excelente. De verdad recomendado.

Pros:

Great decor, powerful AC, complimentary wine, in-room accessories, alcohol vending machines, easy to find, close to the station, and probably the best hotel TV I've ever used.

Cons:

I understand it is a "leisure hotel" and caters to--let's say short term stays-- but there was no place to hang a towel and the sensor light by the door was too sensitive and kept turning on all night.

They do not have a service to deliver luggage to new location or collect the received luggage.
The do not speak English.
The room was really cramped and being a love hotel there was loud voices all night long.

スタッフの方が丁寧で、タクシーを頼んだら、タクシーまで案内してくれた。

C'est un love hotel au coeur du quartier gay (j'avais pas vu à la réservation) donc suivant la chambre, il peut y avoir du bruit...
