Pros:

Дуже чемний персонал, усі мої прохання/питання були вирішені.
В номері чисто, постіль та рушники приємно пахли свіжістю, усе м'якеньке, жодних плям. На вікнах є москітні сітки. В номері гарне меблювання, є холодильник.
Щоденне прибирання, пані прибиральниці дуже милі в спілкуванні.

Cons:

Не понравилось то что не предупредили и даже ничего не указали по поводу отключения света в отеле. И по приезду получилось так что вечером горячая вода отсутствовала и уже в восемь часов вечера не работал ресторан.

Все добре, крім персоналу
Cons:

Готель не має генератора. Ми попали в блекаут, всі вікна були темні. Пересиділи в сусідньому кафе, щоб не сидіти в темній холодній кімнаті. Поселились коло півночі, вода була холодна, батареї також до ранку не нагрілись. За 10 хв до виселення, прийшов дуже непривітний хлопець і нагадав, щоб покинути номер, хоч ми ітак вже були одіті, і наші сумки стояли коло дверей. Ніякого вибачення, за вчорашній темний готель. Я вже не кажу, за якусь мінімальну компенсацію за незручності. Я розумію, що ніхто не винен в тому, що зараз відбувається в країні, але в таких випадках напевно треба все-таки змінювати ціну бронювання на меншу. Або купити генератор.
При виході готеля, я вибачилась в того хлопця, якщо я затримала виселення, і попрощалась. Відповіді не почула.
До речі, в люксі набрати велику ванну неможливо, тому що вода скоріше витікає через поломану кришку, ніж набирається з крану
