Royal Hotel Kumkapı

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and I really enjoyed it. The rooms are spacious and clean. I really appreciate all the staff — they have been helpful and friendly

I was looking for a boutique hotel when I came to the Fatih district for a family visit. I chose Royal Hotel based on the recommendation of a friend who had stayed here before.

Throughout my one-night stay, I was welcomed with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. Just as my friend had mentioned, the treats and especially the Turkish coffee were very thoughtfully prepared. I truly felt like a valued guest.

It was a short but very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel with confidence.

Big rooms with comfortable beds, and very clean. The location is amazing, close to public transportation.
The lady at reception in the morning was very helpful, and they also provide a city attractions guide during check-in, which was a nice touch.
They serve delicious Turkish coffee free of charge throughout the entire stay. I really enjoyed my stay overall.

I had a very short stay of just one night at this hotel, but it was truly pleasant and enjoyable.

Although I arrived early in the morning and the official check-in time was 14:00, they kindly allowed me to check in free of charge. From the moment I arrived, the staff were very informative and helped me with all the important attractions in the area.

The lady at the reception was extremely helpful and provided detailed information about transportation, the metro, and nearby shopping centers. She even gifted me a metro card free of charge, which was a very thoughtful gesture.

The room was quiet, clean, and perfectly sized. The hotel also offers 24/7 room service, which made my stay even more comfortable.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Royal Hotel on the last day of my Istanbul holiday, and the treats they offered made me very happy. I tried Turkish coffee for the first time, and they also sent a fruit plate and snacks to my room, which was a lovely surprise.

I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. The bed was very comfortable and spacious, and I stayed in a very clean room.

When I got confused about the way to the hotel, they kindly came to pick me up from where I was. Special thanks for this thoughtful and caring service.

They looked after us so well. Turkish coffee every morning, snacks including fresh fruits and nuts. Nice space in the room and even Netflix on the tv for when you want to wind down after a hectic day in Istanbul. They did a laundry service with no added cost and always with a hearty smile. The best thing was the staff, they are all so lovely and really want you to enjoy your time which made this such an amazing spot to be staying at.

We came to Istanbul with my family to visit, but we did not know the regions, the staff was very interested, they explained and showed us every place and made our transportation easier. The rooms were clean, the friends at the reception sent a fruit plate as a treat, we were very pleased, thank you very much to the whole team.
