The breakfast was great
I used to be able to walk on trails to the other end of the island and this time everything was blocked of with high fences. I was still able to walk through the grounds however not nearly as far as before.

We booked this hotel in advance for our family trip to Montreal. We received a confirmation email, but after driving for hours to arrive, the manager simply said, “We cannot give you your rooms. the hotel is overbooked". We received no prior cancellation notice, no explanation, and no meaningful apology.
We then spent hours dealing with Booking.com customer service, only to be offered an overpriced alternative hotel in an undesirable area and just $96 in compensation. To make matters worse, I had to repeatedly follow up to get my refund processed.
This experience completely ruined our family vacation and our child’s birthday. The hotel showed no accountability, and Booking.com’s support was extremely disappointing. This was the worst travel experience I’ve ever had, and I would strongly recommend avoiding both this property and Booking.com. Complete review is posted on google.

Le service à la clientèle. La fille qui était de garde jeudi soir était très irrespectueuse et impolie. Quand on lui a demandé de répondre à certains de nos questions, elle a sacré et crié sur nous.
La climatisation estivale n'est pas adaptée. Il faisait extrêmement chaud dans les chambres
Le buffet déjeuner était correct sauf les crêpes qui étaient secs et dures, le grille pain est très très lent. Le choix était bien, il y avait de tout, très bon café.

Très déçue de cet hôtel, la piscine est fermée pour de bon et ce n'est pas indiqué sur le site Web. La seule raison pour laquelle on y allait.. l'emplacement est super, mais pour le reste, ca ressemble davantage a une résidence pour personnes âgés.
