Pros:

Everything was amazing! I communicated through booking with the manager and he answered all my questions throughout our stay. The breakfast, the pool, the rooms everything was excellent!

The staff were friendly enough (like Rwandan people in general) but communication was difficult because of language diff

Nice grounds and view over the hills of Kigali. Serge is the person to deal with. He’s polite, well-spoken and offered us a $20 discount for a number of issues we had.

Cons:

The rooms are TIRED! Pretty much nothing worked and the shower was “leaking” the whole time we were there. When I say leak, you could wash yourself under it without turning it on and the bathroom floor was drenched.

A comfortable and enjoyable stay with outstanding hospitality.
Pros:

The location provides convenient access to the city centre, particularly when traffic is light. The manager was exceptionally friendly, responded quickly to messages, and was always helpful with guidance and recommendations. I had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

THE NOISE
Outside noise/music coming from the bar/restaurant too loud and until very late in the evening. With repetitive songs/type of music.
During the day, construction works (outside the property).
The room was too hot as the sun hit it the whole afternoon.

All employees were professional and kind. The manager Serge was great and accommodating i had the best experience and I will recommend this place to my family and friends.

When our flight was canceled suddenly, Serge came back to pick us up with a smile on his face despite being late at night. We were truly touched by your kindness ❤️. Thank you for an amazing experience. We can't wait to come back.

Pros:

I really enjoy my stay in this conducive setting.. Christy, the room attendant, is very hardworking and cleans the room nicely. The bartender was quite respectful. Honestly, I miss REBERO Resort.
