Bad experience for me.
Pros:

In general, it looks nice.

Cons:

My room was very very hot. I asked if they could address the issue, they sent someone but nothing. Then they told me that because it’s cold outside they don’t turn on the AC of the whole building. Heat inside of the room was unbearable.

Great breakfast. Located in a student sector - lots of affordable dining options. Close to subway station. Wonderful staff.

Great stay, will love to come back
Pros:

Newly renovated hotel with clean and spacious room. Toilet comes with heated seat and bidet. Plugs came with direct USB B and C heads which was convenient. Location is great with many eateries, massage, salons around. Booked this for the close proximity to Chengdu Panda Research Base and Cheng Du Dong HSR station. Staff are nice

Pros:

Great modern hotel, clean and quiet. Breakfast is excellent. Subway is easily accessed from basement, and is 5 stops to the railway station. Hotel allows smoking - my room smelt of smoke and had an ashtray : they told me it was a non smoking room which is what I booked. They did move me on the second day of my stay, and the second room didn’t smell.

Plenty of street food near, and close to the subway

Cons:

Booked through booking.com which the map is showing this hotel in the wrong place. So difficult to find this hotel. Also at breakfast, when food and drink were gone, no one was topping up the food and drink and just stood around playing on their phones. Tables were dirty from previous guests and staff stood around playing on phones. I think guests arriving for breakfast at 9am are as important as 7am. Needs more leadership

Great place to stay, modern, friendly, and convenient.
Pros:

The free laundry room service here was very nice, and so was the gym which was conveniently located right next to it while you wait. The rooms felt very modern, and clean. The staff were some of the friendliest I've seen in China. The location is convenient for the subway and also a big mall which had an excellent selection of stores and restaurants and entertainment.

Cons:

Not a lot of room for improvement. The selection of drinks available in the lobby could be refreshed more often since sometimes they ran out. I would also recommend having more iced drinks for hot summer days.
