Pros:

Très propre et bon emplacement pour visiter les lacs et Milan

Cons:

Surprise de ne pas trouver de lave linge et de devoir aller à la laverie qui est tout de même tout prêt du logement. Mais c’est la première fois que je loue une maison pour les vacances où il n’y a pas de lave linge. D’où ma surprise.

I will stay again for group of 6-8 pax stay
Pros:

Value for money is number 1. The house itself is so nice and comfortable. Location wise for us was perfect.. close to metro station & close to the supermarket too.. plus quiet neighborhood & has private parking space.

Cons:

The check in time was too late.. preferably latest 3pm.

Pros:

The host was very welcoming and caring about our visit. Communication was quick and easy. The house was perfect for our needs. Our family enjoyed the open space, cleanliness and good location near the city and near the metro station. The terrace and backyard look beautiful for visitors who can use it during warmer weather.

Excellent Villa stay
Pros:

Our stay here at the villa was excellent. We were here for the Italian GP weekend 2024. The communication from the staff running the villa was great and someone should meet you there upon arrival. There was a problem with the gate on arrival but someone was there to sort it within 30 of arrival so all good. Villa is usually a house share so bare that in mind with other guests but you will have lockable en suit room with shared living areas. There is a gated driveway for two cars which was great as we drove our car there from the UK. Villa is safe and secure and facilities are good. There is a garden with a covered patio which is great. Transport links are great too if you plan on going into Milan with a metro station 8-10mins walk away which goes right to central Milan and from Milan there are trains to most places you would like if you don’t drive.

Cons:

The only small negatives were no washing machine which is okay for short stays but might be needed for longer stays. The only other thing is that on time of booking I don’t think the villa was advertised clearly as house share with other guests but they may have been changed since then. You have your own lockable en suit room with shared living areas. This was not a problem at all for us as we got on really well with the other guests however if you aren’t prepared for that then it might not suit you but wasn’t an issue for us at all.
