Cons:

Noise all night in poor soundproof rooms bang bang , tv blasting , arguing and loud noise from toilet pump
I emailed to complain had no response
Didn't sleep at wink
It was a nightmare

They promised me a refund for my experience they said they had checked cctv
However later had a photo of my room with rubbish out of my bin thrown on bed in a bid to avoid giving me a refund
Honestly you couldn't make it up
I noticed a couple of public health matters ill be addressing with local council

One towel for two people no bath mat , no shower mat
Three pillows for two people

Lumpy duvet
Serious language barrier
No fire exit information
Noise frol kitchen until 11 in evening

I won't be staying there again.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

There was no hot water available in the bathroom in room two.
The restaurant / bar area is not open on Monday night, if this had been mentioned, I wouldn't have booked it.

Smart so can watch Netflix etc

Cons:

Really cold room put radiator on 5 but nothing happened there was an extra blanket which I used. Also had a light on ceiling which disturbed my sleep massively, I personally need a dark room to be able to sleep. Only one towel for 2 of us and can hear every toilet on the floor we were on flushing

Pros:

Close to railway station for trains to Cardiff. On site restaurant excellent Indian food. Friendly and attentive staff. Rooms good size and clean.

Cons:

Only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. No bath mat. No staff available to request more. Hadnt noticed when shown room. Breakfast cereal for two but only one bowl and no milk. Housekeeping needs to be more efficient.

Excellent short stay
Pros:

It is what it is. Clean comfortable and reasonable price. The food in the restaurant however is on a different level. Wow. We ate there as a family and we all thoroughly enjoyed the dishes

Attempted 3 times to park during day, as there state no need to book parking, transit vans, lorry cab

Cons:

No parking, would not recommend this to anyone false advertising
