Pros:

This is a decent place to stay at. It's practically next to the beach, which is very convenient, and is on the street that is always busy and open with restaurants, which does contribute to the noise, but I felt it was manageable. There's Wi-Fi, and it's pretty strong - 110mbps+ download and 70mbps+ upload. The air-conditioner works and there's also a communal fridge and a microwave. There's a big bottle of water.

Cons:

Loud music on Friday and Saturday nights.

Cons:

The room was very basic. A bathroom counter to put my toiletries on would be a nice addition.
